An annular mapping catheter includes a catheter body. The catheter body has a distal end and a proximal end. The distal end of the catheter body is provided with a distal end assembly, and the proximal end of the catheter body is provided with a handle. The distal end assembly is made of a head end catheter that has a shape memory function. The distal end assembly in a free state presents a predetermined bent shape including an annular part and a vertical part. The vertical part connects the annular part to the catheter body. The distal end assembly is provided with an electrode. The annular mapping catheter can detect an electrocardiogram activity near a pulmonary vein ostium and can better locate a cryoballoon in the heart.

The present disclosure discloses design and forming method of a channel of flow-type thin wall drip irrigation belt. The method includes the steps of construction of a double-layer asymmetric channel structure, determination of a structure parameter control threshold and optimal value, design of water inlets and water outlets of the double-layer asymmetric channel structure, proposal of a machining method of a molding wheel matching the double-layer asymmetric structure and an optimization method of a flow-type drip irrigation belt molding process, material modification of a flow-type drip irrigation belt and design of a reasonable formulation, realization the stereotype production of the flow-type drip irrigation belt, etc.

A drip irrigation emitter flow channel structural design method and a fractal flow channel drip irrigation emitter product therefor. The method comprehensively considers within a design process the hydraulic performance and anti-blocking performance of a drip irrigation emitter, and mainly comprises stages such as simulation method establishment, flow channel configuration selection, structural parameter determination and flow channel boundary optimization. An optimal flow channel configuration and a structural parameter value range of a drip irrigation emitter flow channel are determined via an optimal value simulation model, thereby defining a drip irrigation emitter primary prototype structural design method.

A pericardium puncture needle assembly comprises a puncture needle () and a guide wire () capable of sliding in the puncture needle (); or comprises an outer sleeve () and a guide wire () capable of sliding in the outer sleeve (); or comprises an outer sleeve () and a puncture needle () and a guide wire () capable of sliding in the outer sleeve (), wherein after the puncture needle () is pulled out of the outer sleeve (), the guide wire () is capable of sliding in the outer sleeve (). The guide wire () is made of a highly elastic material and comprises a far-end bent segment (). The far-end bent segment () is formed by bending the guide wire () and has a preset bending shape, and is suitable for being recovered from a stretching state to the preset bending shape. The tip of the far-end bent segment has a pointed structure. The pointed structure has a far end and a near end, the far-end has a pointed end for puncturing, and the pointed end rotates by an angle of at least 90 degrees relative to the near end of the pointed structure on a length not more than 3 mm of the pointed structure. The puncturing direction of the guide wire () falls in a plane defined by a normal direction of a needle point plane of the puncture needle () or the outer sleeve () and an axial line of the puncture needle () or the outer sleeve (). When the pericardium puncture needle assembly is used for puncturing pericardium, the degree of twisting freedom of the guide wire () can be limited to some extent.

Disclosed is a pericardiocentesis needle component (), comprising a guide wire () and a puncture needle (). The guide wire () extends into and through the puncture needle (), and the guide wire () comprises a bent section () at the distal end and a straight section at the proximal end. The bent section () at the distal end is formed by bending the guide wire (), and the end of the bent section is a pointed-shape structure. The guide wire () is made of a highly elastic material. The pointed end rotates at least 90 degrees within a range of no more than 3 mm starting from the pointed end at the bent section () of the guide wire. The pericardiocentesis needle component () of the present invention is less likely to damage a heart during a pericardiocentesis procedure.
