Disclosed is a dye, having a chemical formula: wherein each Ris independently selected from hydrogen, &#x2014;(CH), &#x2014;(CH)&#x2014;S&#x2014;(CH), or &#x2014;(CH)&#x2014;N(CH); Aris wherein each Ris independently selected from &#x2014;(CH), &#x2014;(CH)&#x2014;S&#x2014;(CH), or (CH)&#x2014;N(CH); Aris wherein each Ris independently selected from hydrogen, &#x2014;(CH), &#x2014;(CH)&#x2014;S&#x2014;(CH), or &#x2014;(CH)&#x2014;N(CH); X is sulfur, oxygen, selenium, or N&#x2014;R, and Ris &#x2014;(CH); m is in integer of 1 to 4; x is an integer of 1 to 20; and y is an integer of 0 to 20. The dye can be applied to a photoelectric conversion device.

The present invention discloses organic and inorganic photosensitizer dyes as the following formulas (1) to (3), wherein the substituents 'A, B, D and G' are as defined in claim.
