An organizer for forms that includes a housing with front and rear openings and several guiding members mounted within the housing at a predetermined spaced apart relationship with respect to each other and designed to slidably accept trays of cooperative rectangular dimensions so that the trays are kept at parallel and spaced apart relationship with respect to each other. Each tray has a rear side with a predetermined number of cut-outs. Plates are mounted over the cut-outs to selectively provide an edge closer to the rear of the tray than the edge of the cut-out. The tray with the post member or members causes other linked trays to make the forms contained therein available to a user at once. Actuating post members can be removably mounted on the plates to cause other trays having plates to move when the actuating post member pushes them.

Forms organizer

An information management device that is capable of efficiently using the different components that are required to perform information detection, recording and transmission that are necessary for a user with the efficient use of the limited memory resources available. Management of the memory resources permits a user to hold the information that he or she deems important for a predetermined amount of time. Preprogrammed profiles include one or more queries of different scope that are constantly compared to the information being received. If there are matches, predetermined blocks of information are transferred from a buffered section of the memory to a temporary section for additional processing, such as indexing. The device also includes a circuit for storing audio, receiving commercial broadcast signals, input devices such as a keyboard, an acoustic telephone dialer, an LCD display and alarms to alert the user that predetermined conditions are met. Cooperative software for synchronizing the data and instructions contained in the device with another computer system through serial or parallel ports is also provided.

Computerized pager for storing and managing information

A device for exercising a user's upper torso that utilizes a minimum of space. A wheeled housing is provided with a handle member providing an effective grip to a user who will lean his or her body's weight against the device is coupled to one or more of the wheels to display the amount of rotation of the wheels thereby giving an indication to a user of the amount of exercise undertaken. A reader of the movement of the device has an output connected to a counter/display that is resettable. The reader is mounted in a spring loaded cavity so that an effective outwardly force brings its ball member in contact with the surface.

Upper torso exerciser

A continuous radio announcer device capable of transmitting a stored sound message in digitized format at predetermined time intervals. The radio announcer device includes a central unit and a remote unit that can be remotely accessed and the sound messages are stored in memory. The remote unit is a stand along device that can also be programmed on site. If remotely accessible, a modem and associated coded signals need to be provided to effect the communication over the public telephone network or through a wireless transmission. The amount of stored information will depend on the size of the memory.
