Systems and apparatuses are disclosed for a portable light having a modular base. In one embodiment, a portable light having a modular base comprises a housing portion and a modular base portion. The housing portion may comprise a light source, power source, and lens. The modular base portion may comprise a mounting portion, and the modular base portion is configured to removably connect to the housing portion. The housing portion is further configured to operatively connect to the modular base portion through a deformable fabric, such that the housing portion is rotatable relative to the modular base portion when the housing portion is operatively connected to the modular base portion through a deformable fabric.

A temperature-regulating device for a personal fluid includes a housing having an exterior wall defining an inner space and having an opening therethrough. A dividing wall within the inner space defines a reservoir sector and a heating system sector on opposite sides. A cap portion is affixable adjacent the opening, has a closable aperture therethrough, and is movable between a storing position in covering relation to the opening and a dispensing and filling position wherein the opening is exposed, for enabling a fluid to be placed within and removed from the reservoir sector. A heating system within the heating system sector includes a heating element adjacent the dividing wall, for enabling heat transfer to the wall and then to the reservoir sector. An activator affixed adjacent the exterior wall is in signal communication with the heating system. An illumination element is provided for facilitating visualization in low-light conditions.

A hair styling device holster includes a bottom section, a middle section, and a top section. The bottom section includes a flat bottom surface. The middle section is coupled to the bottom section and includes walls that define an interior compartment sized and configured to receive a heated end of a hair styling device. At least a portion of one of the plurality of walls including a mesh grating. The top section is coupled to the middle section and defines at least one opening in communication with the interior compartment defined by the middle section. An insulating material is disposed on an upper interior surface of the bottom section for insulating the bottom section from a hair styling device when the hair styling device is disposed within the first opening.

A hand held rotary cutting device having an annular cutting blade with an interior diameter entirely protectively enclosed by a housing, and with a sharpened periphery partially protectively enclosed by the housing, wherein the housing has similarly configured front and rear components that are movable between an open position that permits removal of the cutting blade for cleaning, and a closed position wherein the front and rear components cooperate to rotatably support the cutting blade, and to define an elongate handle that overlies a housed portion of the cutting blade. Cutting pressure, stability and unusually effective guidance are supplied to the cutting blade by novel C-shaped lower portions of the front and rear components of the housing that extend continuously along opposite sides of the cutting blade just above and quite near to where selected portions of a long, exposed C-shaped reach of the sharpened periphery of the cutting blade is available to sever thin food such as pizza.
