A system for improving the accuracy of the seating of primers in primer pockets of shell casings while avoiding damaging the end of the shell casing is provided. A stop mechanism that directly engages the bottom of the shell is included such that, as the primer is inserted into the primer pocket, more accurate seating depth is ensured. In addition, the seating depth may be adjusted in order to compensate for changes over time, which may be due to changes in materials or wear. Further, components that interact with the end of the shell casing and rod have increased thickness to add strength and provide more surface area relative to the base of the shell casing, thus reducing the chance that the base of the shell casing is bent and allowing for a precise stopping position during priming.

Primer seating tool

A personal care composition comprising a surfactant system consisting essentially of an anionic surfactant and a zwitterionic surfactant; a preservative; a pH modifier; and a rheology modifier, wherein the ratio of anionic surfactant to zwitterionic surfactant is about 1:1 to about 2.2:1 of the total composition by weight.

Described herein are low pH, high water, personal care compositions providing an acceptable level of micropreservation. Methods of making and using these compositions are also described.

A mounting assembly for mounting a mudflap on a vehicle comprises an elongated rigid bracket member having a longitudinally extending channel formed in one end thereof, a resilient pad element, a pedestal member comprising an elongated rigid pedestal element and means for securing the bracket member, the pedestal member and the pad element in assembled relation, wherein the pad and the pedestal element are received in the channel and the pad element is compressed between the pedestal element and the bracket member. For use of the mounting assembly, a mudflap is secured to the bracket member and the pedestal member is secured to the frame or chassis of a vehicle to mount the mudflap thereon. The pad element acts to absorb and dampen shocks and vibrations produced in the bracket member by road conditions so that metal fatigue in the bracket member and the pedestal member is minimized.
