Unmanned vehicle service delivery

A system and method for processing occluded aerial images of structures to assess structural damage is disclosed. The system employs a generative model that is trained on data created by adding occlusive features to clear aerial images. Both the clear images and their simulated occluded counterparts (image pairs) are inputted into the generative model as training data, and the model learns to recognize and discriminate patterns between the pairs. This process is fully automated and does not require manual labeling. Following training, the model is capable of receiving real (non-simulated) occluded images and generating a clarified image that can reveal structural details previously not apparent to automatically determine a damage classification for the property.

System and method for assessing structural damage in occluded aerial images

A property is identified about which to gather information and a vehicle is deployed to a location associated with the property. A path is determined for the vehicle and the vehicle gathers real-time data associated with the property while traveling the path. A method disclosed comprises receiving sensor data indicating probable damage to the autonomous vehicle from a sensor aboard the autonomous vehicle. A system for dispensing flame retardant foam on the exterior of a structure. The structure has an opening that enables distribution of flame retardant foam onto the roof. The system includes a foam distribution system having a foam expansion chamber and a roof plenum for delivery through the roof opening. Foam solution and compressed air are combined in a conduit and supplied to the foam expansion chamber. The structure may have at least one wall. In that case, the system may have a wall plenum for delivery of flame retardant foam from the foam expansion chamber through a first wall-associated opening. Each such wall will have an opening associated with the wall that enables distribution of flame retardant foam onto that wall.

The wireless ad hoc network may provide wireless services to devices within the geographical area. The wireless relays may be deployed to various locations within the geographical area using a plurality of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) that may receive control commands from a relay control device.

A system and method for capturing and automated processing aerial images of structures to assess structural damage is disclosed. The system comprises a computing system used to obtain images of selected locations associated with known structures at different points in time before and after a natural disaster. The images are used to automatically create three-dimensional models that are used to detect the specific portions of a structure that may be damaged as well as the spatial extent of that damage. In addition, the imagery can be fed into a damage classifier that automatically classifies the degree of damage and generates accurate estimates of repair costs. Intelligent system and method for assessing structural damage using aerial imagery

An electric outlet fire detection and prevention system may comprise a temperature sensor and an electromagnetic interference (EMI) sensor. A processor within the system may monitor the measurements of the temperature and EMI sensors to determine that a fire has developed in an electric outlet box. The processor may then actuate a triggering mechanism in a cartridge containing fire extinguishing material such that the fire extinguishing material is dispersed in the outlet box. The fire extinguishing material may extinguish a developing fire and prevent the fire from spreading further. The processor may also be coupled with a server, which is configured to analyze measurements of the temperature and the EMI sensors and generate a building profile. When the server determines that any measurements deviate from the building profile, the server may instruct the processor to actuate the triggering mechanism and/or notify an electronic device associated with the building.

Systems and methods for electric outlet fire detection and prevention

A system and method for capturing and processing aerial images of structures to assess structural damage is disclosed. The system comprises an aerial system associated with an aerial vehicle, which is in contact with a ground system. The aerial system is used to capture images of selected locations associated with known structures and crop those images around the selected locations. The cropped images are then fed into a damage classifier that automatically classifies the degree of damage done to structures at the selected locations. The system and method may be deployed to quickly assess damage of structures in a disaster area.

A data acquisition system of a vehicle includes an image capture device, a communication interface, and a controller communicatively coupled to the image capture device and communicatively coupled to the communication interface. The method further includes performing a second analysis of movement of the biomechanical points of the occupants in the second set of images. The method also includes determining a likelihood of injury or a severity of injury to the occupants based on the first analysis of movement and the second analysis of movement.
