The panel includes a frame formed by profile members () and a plate member () extending therebetween. A textile () extends between the profile members which are formed by bending an edge area of a metal plate () forming the plate member (), thereby forming said profile members in one piece with the plate member. Said edge area forms a rounded edge () connecting the plate member with the profile member. The profile member includes a first oblique section () of the metal plate forming an acute angle with the plate member and having a first end being connected to the rounded edge. The textile is bent about the rounded edge, and an edge element () attached along an edge () of the textile is adapted to slide along the first oblique section and is spring-biased in the direction of a second end () of the first oblique section.

Building panel adapted to be mounted at a ceiling or wall of a room and method of manufacturing such building panel

The thermally activated building panel () includes a metal plate () having a room-facing surface () and a building-facing surface (). A heat-exchanger tube () for conveying a cooling or heating medium is in conductive thermal contact with the building-facing surface () of the metal plate (). A textile () is arranged on the room-facing surface () of the metal plate () and has a first surface () generally contacting the metal plate () and a second surface () generally visible from said room. The textile () is tensioned between opposed edges () of the metal plate (). The first surface () of the textile () is metallized by deposition of metal particles on the textile ().

Thermally activated building panel

The fabric mounting system () includes a mounting profile () adapted to be mounted to a wall or ceiling and at least one fabric retaining element () engaging the mounting profile and being adapted to retain an edge () of the fabric (). First and second supporting faces () of the mounting profile () are mutually tapered in such a tapering direction (T) that a resilient bias of first and second legs () of the fabric retaining element () urges the first and second legs () to slide along the first and the second supporting faces (), respectively, to thereby displace the fabric retaining element in a direction generally against the tapering direction (T) and in a fabric tensioning direction (F) being transverse to a longitudinal direction (L) of the mounting profile () in order to stretch the fabric () in its retained position.

Fabric mounting system and method of mounting and extending fabric

The panel () includes a frame () with a fabric () stretchable over a lower side () thereof. An edge () of the fabric () is attached to a peripheral side () of the frame by means of a number of fastening brackets () distributed along the edge of the fabric. Firstly, each fastening bracket is attached to the peripheral side at a first lower position () in which the fabric is hanging loosely under the frame by hanging a hook-formed element () of the fastening brackets on a first lower protrusion () provided at the peripheral. Secondly, each fastening bracket is repositioned from said first lower position to a second upper position () in which the fabric is stretched over the lower side of the frame by hanging the hook-formed element of the fastening brackets on a second upper protrusion () provided at the peripheral side of the frame.

A fastening device and a panel system for releasably connecting panels to a wall or ceiling, comprising a latch portion; a base portion; a piston guide; a push latch piston movably arranged and biased between a first retracted position and a second, extended position, wherein a guide track is formed in the push latch piston, and wherein a guide pin is formed on the piston guide, the guide track formed in sections forming an angle to each other, with arrests for the guide pins formed at intersections of the sections, and wherein, when the piston guide is moved relative to the push latch piston towards the retracted position, the guide pin rotates the latch portion to an intermediate position, and when the piston guide is moved back, the guide pin rotates the latch portion from the intermediate position to 90&#xb0; relative to the initial rest position.
