A suspension travel control system () for a vehicle suspension is disclosed. The suspension travel control system includes a stop post () secured to the vehicle frame and a suspension travel control formation that includes a base () and a body (). The stop post () is positioned in a space defined by the body (). The suspension travel control formation may be secured to the axle, the main support member or incorporated into the axle coupling assembly to provide a rebound and jounce stop as well as longitudinal redundancy in the event of the failure or loss of a longitudinal linkage.

A V-rod assembly having a V-shaped member with a vertex for attachment to an axle and with first and second extending arms that attach to first and second arm brackets respectively, first and second gussets each with a first plurality of holes for attachment to the first and second arm brackets respectively, and corresponding to a first plurality of holes on a first plate and a second plate respectively, and each arm bracket with a plurality of holes for attachment to a cross member, the first and second plates having a second plurality of holes for attachment to the cross member, wherein the first plurality of holes on the first and second gussets comprise longitudinally extending slots that accommodate relative longitudinal movement of the first plurality of holes on the first and second plates with respect to the second plurality of holes on first and second plates respectively.

V-rod attachment assembly for vehicle suspension

A vehicle axle is provided with a main body defined by the combination of a channel having an inverted U-shaped configuration and a bottom plate. The ends of the main body are curved upwardly to define a pair of gooseneck portions. Axle head sections are formed at the ends of the axle and are closed off by end extensions extending from the front and rear walls of the channel and a cover flap extension extending from the top wall of the channel. A head plate having a rounded back edge and/or a pocket is inserted within the space between the cover flap and the top edges of the end extensions.

The axle bracket is attached to the vehicle axle with a through-bolt connection. The axle bracket or the arm includes rack and pinion mounting attachment holes and also includes other built-in features providing efficient transfer of loads into the vehicle axle.

Leading and trailing arm suspensions with z-shaped arms

A below-grade fuel delivery and storage system is constructed in the form of a fully vaulted system located under the dispenser area. The vault is made of concrete; and all of the plumbing, fill, vapor recovery locations and the bulk storage tank itself are located entirely within the vault. The fill pipes for tanks located within the vault extend through openings in the roof of the vault. Similarly, fuel delivery lines extend from the tanks upwardly through openings in the vault roof to dispensers located directly above the vault.
