A vehicle includes a frame, a hitch coupled to the frame, a cylinder positioned to move the hitch relative to the frame, the cylinder having a first chamber and a second chamber, and a fluid system fluidly coupled to the cylinder. The fluid system includes an action select valve reconfigurable between a single-acting configuration and a double-acting configuration. The fluid system is configured to supply a fluid to the first chamber to raise the hitch. When the action select valve is in the double-acting configuration, the fluid system controls the cylinder to lower the hitch by draining the fluid from the first chamber and supplying the fluid to the second chamber. When the action select valve is in the single-acting configuration, the fluid system controls the cylinder to lower the hitch by draining the fluid from the first chamber without supplying the fluid to the second chamber.

Vehicle with adjustable hitch

An agricultural vehicle includes a frame, a body assembly coupled with the frame, a suspension system and a control system. The suspension system includes a pair of dampers positioned at opposite lateral ends of an axle. The suspension system includes a hydraulic system having a hydraulic line fluidly coupling the pair of dampers with each other through a valve. The valve is actuatable between an open position wherein the pair of dampers are fluidly coupled with each other, and a closed position in which the pair of dampers are hydraulically isolated from each other. The control system circuitry configured to obtain sensor feedback indicating a steering operation of the agricultural vehicle, and responsive to the steering operation of the agricultural vehicle, operate the valve into the closed position to hydraulically isolate the pair of dampers from each other to reduce a roll of the body assembly of the agricultural vehicle.

Agricultural vehicle with roll resistant suspension system

A hydraulic system for a vehicle includes a first hydraulic pump including a first displacement actuator and a first pressure port, a first load sense system fluidly coupled to the first displacement actuator, a second hydraulic pump including a second displacement actuator and a second pressure port, a second load sense system fluidly coupled to the second displacement actuator, and a crossover pressure controller coupled between the first pressure port and the second pressure port. The crossover pressure controller reconfigurable between (a) a combined pressure configuration providing fluid communication between the first pressure port and the second pressure port and (b) a separate pressure configuration inhibiting fluid communication between the first pressure port and the second pressure port. The crossover pressure controller is actuatable independent of the first load sense system and the second load sense system.

A hose assembly for a hydraulic system, the hose assembly includes: a first hose coupled a pump with a hydraulic actuator using a first port, wherein the first hose comprises a first electronic device configured to provide identification information for the first hose, a second hose coupled with the hydraulic actuator with a hydraulic return component using a second port, wherein the second hose comprises a second electronic device configured to provide identification information for the second hose; and a controller. The controller receives connection signals and identification information for the first hose and the second hose, determines a connection fault based on at least one of the first connection signal and the second connection signal, and adjusts internal operation of a hydraulic manifold.

The first coil and the second coil are controllable to reposition the armature along the armature axis such that the spool actuator variably engages with the spool to move the spool between a plurality of positions along the spool axis.

A locking assembly for a door assembly of an agricultural vehicle includes: an actuator that defines an actuator axis and is linearly movable between a first position and a second position and rotatable about the actuator axis between a first locking orientation and a second locking orientation and includes a pair of locking features; a biaser configured to bias the actuator toward the first position; an energizer configured to bias the actuator toward the first locking orientation when the actuator is in the second locking orientation; and a lock configured to engage a second locking feature when the actuator is in the second locking orientation. Linear movement of the actuator from the first position to the second position while the actuator is in the second locking orientation causes the lock to disengage from the second locking feature so the energizer rotates the actuator towards the first locking orientation.

The first hose includes a first electronic device that provides identification information for the first hose. Systems and apparatuses include a primary hydraulic pump including a primary displacement actuator and a primary pressure port, a primary load sense system fluidly coupled to the primary displacement actuator, a secondary hydraulic pump including a secondary displacement actuator and a secondary pressure port, a secondary load sense system fluidly coupled to the secondary displacement actuator, and a crossover pressure controller coupled between the primary pressure port and the secondary pressure port and including: a selectively energizable crossover pressure solenoid, and a crossover pressure spool movable by the crossover pressure solenoid between a combined pressure position providing fluid communication between the primary pressure port and the secondary pressure port, and a separate pressure position inhibiting fluid communication between the primary pressure port and the secondary pressure port.

Systems and apparatuses include a solenoid valve including a first coil, a second coil coupled to the first coil, a banjo fitting coupled to the second coil, a spool housing coupled to the banjo fitting so that the first coil and the second coil are selectively rotatable about the spool housing, a spool received within the spool housing, and an armature received within the first coil and the second coil and including a spool actuator coupled to the spool.

A work vehicle includes: a chassis; an operator cab carried by the chassis; at least one fluid reservoir carried by the chassis; at least one fluid sensor disposed in the at least one fluid reservoir and configured to output a fluid level signal corresponding to a level of fluid in the at least one fluid reservoir; and a fluid display gauge carried by the chassis outside of the operator cab and operatively coupled to the at least one fluid sensor, the fluid display gauge including an activation region that is accessible from the ground. The fluid display gauge is configured to display the level of fluid in the at least one fluid reservoir upon the activation region being activated.

A quick response steering system with a steering device that steers a vehicle. An electro-hydraulic steering circuit couples to the steering device. The electro-hydraulic steering circuit includes a load sensing pump that pumps hydraulic fluid to a steering cylinder. The load sensing pump increases or decreases output from the load sensing pump in response to a pressure differential between a first fluid line and a second fluid line. A precharge valve diverts hydraulic fluid from the first fluid line to the second fluid line. A controller couples to the steering device and the precharge valve. The controller opens the precharge valve in response to input from the steering device to change a first pressure of the first fluid line to increase an output of the load sensing pump.

In one aspect, a method for adjusting torque limits for a work vehicle may include controlling, with a computing device, an operation of an engine of the work vehicle such that a torque output of the engine is maintained at or below a baseline engine torque limit. The method may also include receiving, with the computing device, an input associated with a current hydraulic power requirement of a hydraulic system of the work vehicle, and adjusting, with the computing device, a torque limit for the engine from the baseline engine torque limit to an adjusted engine torque limit based on the current hydraulic power requirement of the hydraulic system. In addition, the method may include controlling, with the computing device, the operation of the engine such that the torque output of the engine is maintained at or below the adjusted engine torque limit.

System and method for adjusting torque limits for a work vehicle

An electro-hydraulic brake system includes a first brake input that generates a first brake input signal and a second brake input that generates a second brake input signal. The system also includes a first valve that releases hydraulic fluid to control a first brake and a second valve that releases the hydraulic fluid to control a second brake. The system includes a speed sensor that generates a speed signal indicative of a speed of a work vehicle. A controller receives the speed signal, the first brake input signal, and the second brake input signal, determines the speed of the work vehicle based on the speed signal, and compares the speed of the work vehicle to a threshold speed. The controller synchronizes actuation of the first and second valves in response to the speed being in excess of the threshold speed to control the first and second valves.
