A stretcher comprised of a roller base, a scissor-type lift frame having a lower end rotatably connected to the base, a tubular undercarriage rotatably and slidably connected to an upper end of the frame, a foldable rigid support positionable over the undercarriage, a soft, foldable cushion positionable over the support and connected thereto to prevent disassociation therefrom, and first and second side-arm supports rotatably connected to the undercarriage. The undercarriage includes first and second longitudinal frame members and first and second movable end extensions. Internal to each of the longitudinal frame members is a releasably locking mechanism to lock the stretcher at a predetermined height. The internal locking mechanism is releasable allowing the stretcher to be vertically adjusted by either one or two thumb triggers, located at one of the movable end extensions.

A stretcher comprised of a roller base, a scissor-type lift frame having a lower end rotatably connected to the base, a tubular undercarriage rotatably and slidably connected to an upper end of the frame, a foldable rigid support positionable over the undercarriage, a soft, foldable cushion positionable over the support and connected thereto to prevent disassociation therefrom, and first and second side-arm supports rotatably connected to the undercarriage. The lift frame includes left and right side assemblies, each side assembly having a fixed-length leg member and a telescoping variable-length leg member, both of which are rotatably connected to the base, and rotatably and/or slidably connected to the undercarriage. The leg members of each side assembly are connected to one another at their respective mid-sections by a joint, and are rotatable with respect to one another along an axis of the joint, which is offset from the member's central axes. The undercarriage includes first and second longitudinal frame members and first and second movable end extensions. Internal to each of the longitudinal frame members is a releasably locking mechanism to lock the stretcher at a predetermined height. The internal locking mechanism is releasable allowing the stretcher to be vertically adjusted by either one or two thumb triggers, located at one of the movable end extensions.

An animal scent delivery kit for quickly deliver animal scents to an area surrounding a hunter to attract animals without the hunter disturbing the surrounding area and leaving their own scent in the area. The kit includes a carrying case with first and second panels pivotally coupled together along a common side. The first panel has a plurality of resiliently elastic loops thereon. Each of the loops of the first panel has an elongate holding tube inserted therethrough. Each holding tube has a plurality of scent distributing arrows provided therein. One of the ends of each of the scent distributing arrows has a bulbous swab tip designed for absorbing a liquid scent for attracting an animal. A miniature bow is provided for shooting a scent distributing arrow therefrom. A bottle is also provided for holding the liquid scent for attracting animals therein. The second panel of the carrying case has a resiliently elastic loop thereon for holding the bottle to the second panel and a flexible securing strap for holding the bow to the second panel.

Animal scent delivery kit

A fastening track, a cot transport vehicle adapted to securely receive the fastening track, and a cot fastening system incorporating the cot fastening track are provided. At least two track securing members extend from the lower surface of the fastening track and are received in a self-centering aperture of a mounting assembly provided within a support surface of a transport vehicle. The fastening track comprises a frame including a spanner which is resistant to thermal expansion. A locking mechanism is provided including a convenient a latch disengagement member. The fastening track also includes a track clamping mechanism comprising a safety flag movable between a secured position and an unsecured position. The safety flag prevents inadvertent disengagement of the track from the vehicle and improper loading of a cot onto the vehicle. A stop cam is provided on the track to prevent inadvertent unloading of the cot from the track. A cot-mounted data port and a track-mounted data port comprise mating data connections to allow convenient transfer of data from a data transfer device mounted on the cot. An array of indicator lights oriented substantially parallel to the longitudinal body and the entry portion are provided to guide cot loading.

Fastening track, cot transport vehicle adapted to secure the fastening

A roll-in cot is provided and includes a rectangular undercarriage including a pair of side frame members and a pair of transverse frame members, downwardly extending supports affixed at respective corners of the rectangular undercarriage, and undercarriage wheels attached to the downwardly extending supports to provide high ground clearance for the undercarriage. The cot also includes a cot frame having a pair of opposing side frame members and a pair of supports extending downwardly from each of the opposing side frame members. The opposite ends of the supports are secured to a transverse member having a pair of load wheels thereon. Coacting pairs of complementary cross-forming frame members extend between and interconnect the cot frame and the undercarriage.

Roll-in cot with high ground clearance

A personal extraction cart for supporting and restraining a person to facilitate movement of that person from an extrication point, wherein the cart includes a frame having a support surface. The support surface has upper and lower faces and a leg support portion and a back support portion defining a longitudinal length with oppositely disposed longitudinal edges. The leg and back support portions have a use position in which the upper faces of each of those portions are angled relative to each other along the longitudinal length of the frame. Wheels are preferably attached below the support surface for facilitating movement of the cart in its transportation position. In a preferred embodiment, a pair of oppositely disposed roll shields are provided below the upper face of the support surface for facilitating rolling of the cart between an upright transportation position where the wheels are engaged for movement, and a loading position where the cart is at least partially supported along one of the longitudinal edges. In loading position, the cart can be placed next to a person in generally prone position to facilitate loading of that person onto the support surface of the cart. Thereafter, the cart is rolled to its upright or transportation position for easy movement on its wheels.

Collapsible extrication device

A diaphragm valve assembly adapted for use in irrigation systems as a zone valve includes a solenoid-operated diaphragm to control flow through the valve under normal operations, and a ball valve is situated between an inlet port and one or more outlet ports and is selectively movable to a position closing the valve to prevent liquid flow therethrough independently of the opening and closing of the diaphragm so as to permit servicing or repair of the valve without shutting off the entire system.

A fastening system for emergency vehicle cots and the like includes a longitudinal guide track to be mounted upon the planar surface. At least one hold-down support depends downwardly from the support frame of the cot to be secured, extending toward the planar surface in use. The guide track receives the hold-down support to permit longitudinal movement of the support along the track while preventing substantial vertical movement. A lock is provided for automatically securing the support frame at a position along the track and to prevent further longitudinal movement therealong, and a release device for selectively disengaging the lock is also included. In a preferred embodiment, the fastening system further includes a pair of spaced apart supports, and the lock includes a plurality of locking gates spaced along the length of the guide track to receive and selectively lockingly interact with the supports. The locking gates can be specifically designed to engage only with supports having a predetermined structural conformation. In this way, the locking gates provide for automatic adaptability of the system to a variety of different cot models without requiring structural alterations.

Automatically adaptable fastening system for wheeled cots and similar

A snowmobile track suspension subframe of the slide rail type carries a track drive axle at its forward end. Such axle mounts both the track drive sprockets and the driven sprocket of a track drive chain assembly so that the entire track suspension subframe assembly, including its forward drive end, is capable of movement independently of the main frame.
