A roller track for transporting stored goods has a profile rail () with a base () and two side walls () extending at an angle from the base (). The side walls () can pivot onto each other under the influence of a force directed toward the base (). Roller bodies () are supported rotatably about axles () in bearing openings () of the side walls (). The bearing openings (), wherein the bearing openings () are designed as countersinks extending from the free end of the sides walls () in the direction of the base (). The roller bodies () are inserted into the bearing openings () together with the rotating axles () substantially in the direction of the side walls ().

Roller track having a profile rail

A conveyor roller () has a cover (), an axle (), and a magnetic brake () having a magnetic component () and a braking component (). The cover () is supported rotatably about an axis of rotation relative to the axle (). The magnetic brake () is provided kinematically between the axle () and the cover () and is connected to the axle () and the cover () so that rotation of the cover () about the axis of rotation can be retarded by the magnetic brake (). The magnetic component () and the braking component () are arranged displaceably relative to each other between a rest position and a braking position. A centrifugal device () for a rotational speed-dependent displacement of at least one of the magnetic brake components () is provided between the rest position and the braking position.

A separator device for a conveyor has a stop () arranged to be moved between a separating position and a conveying position, a trigger () arranged to move the stop () into the separating position when triggered, and a delayer () arranged to delay a movement of the stop () from the separating position into the conveying position. The delayer () has an energy storage arranged to gain energy when the trigger () is triggered. The energy storage is arranged to power a rotary drive impeding the stop () from moving into the conveying position.

Time delay separator

A conveyor roller () has a circular sleeve element (), at least one side cover () covering one face side of the conveyor roller (), and an acceleration unit (). The sleeve element () is supported rotatably about an axis of rotation of the sleeve element. The acceleration unit () is connected in a torque transmitting manner to the sleeve element () and the side cover () such that a rotational speed of the sleeve element () about the axis of rotation can be influenced by the acceleration unit (). The side cover () has a geometrical frame mounting structure on its outer side for mounting the conveyor roller () in a torque proof manner to a frame element by a form fit. A conveyor path has a frame structure to which such a conveyor roller is mounted.

Braking roller with two-piece support structure

The invention relates to a roller conveyor module, comprising at least one rack, a plurality of rollers mounted to said rack in a serial arrangement, and the upper circumferential surface parts of the plurality of rollers define a load carrying plane. According to the invention, a lever mounted to said rack is provided, wherein the lever is adapted to swivel between an unbalanced position and arranged at least partially above said load carrying plane and wherein the lever is free to swivel in two opposite directions, a passing position, wherein the lever is arranged below the load carrying plane to allow an item moving on the rollers to pass in the first direction, and a stopping position, wherein a stopping portion of said lever is arranged above said load carrying plane to hinder an item moving on the rollers in a second direction opposite to the first direction.

Roller conveyor module

A conveyor for conveying loads along a conveying direction includes a frame () arranged in the conveying direction, a plurality of rollers () mounted in the frame () rotatable in the conveying direction (C), a trigger pedal () movable between an active position and a triggered position, a separator stop (), and a coupling () between the trigger pedal () and the separator stop () for transmitting a movement applied to the trigger pedal () to the separator stop (). The trigger pedal () is one-sided tiltable out of a substantially parallel to the rollers () arranged position.
