The invention relates to a rotor, in particular for a current-excited synchronous machine, comprising a rotor main body which has a plurality of rotor teeth, the rotor teeth being wound with a conductor material in order to form a winding, the conductor material having conductor ends which, in order to produce an electrical connection, are pressed axially against a stop via a contact element, and the contact element or the stop being designed to electrically connect, in the circumferential direction, at least two conductor ends.

A rotor for an electric machine includes a rotor main body which has at least two poles between which in the circumferential direction of the rotor is disposed at least one pole gap, and a rotor shaft which is coupled in a rotationally fixed manner to the rotor main body. The rotor has a support device which has a covering body that is configured for covering at least regions of an end side of the rotor main body. The support device has an annular body, which is different from the covering body, and in the direction of radial extent of the rotor is braced in relation to the rotor main body, on the one hand, and in the direction of radial extent of the rotor is braced in relation to the covering body, on the other hand.

A stator for an electric machine of a motor vehicle includes a laminated core having an inner side with winding grooves and an outer side. Windings, which are arranged in the winding grooves, form winding heads on axially opposing front faces of the laminated core. A cooling jacket conducts cooling fluid and has a first metal sheet which forms an inner wall of the cooling jacket facing the laminated core, and a second metal sheet which forms an outer wall of the cooling jacket surrounding the inner wall. An axial height of the cooling jacket exceeds an axial height of the laminated core. The cooling jacket has a laminated-core cooling jacket region for encasing the laminated core and two axially opposing winding-head cooling jacket regions adjoining the laminated-core cooling jacket region for encasing the winding heads.

A shaft-hub connection including a hub element and a shaft element is provided. The hub element includes a hub. The shaft element includes at least one first elongated region arranged in at least one second elongated region of the hub and is at least rotationally fixed to the hub element by way of a longitudinal press-fit including the elongated regions. The longitudinal press-fit has at least one first excess region with a first excess, and at least one second excess region, following the first excess region in the circumferential direction of the shaft element, with a second excess that is smaller than the first excess.

A cooling cap for a stator of an electrical machine of a motor vehicle is provided. The cooling cap can be fitted onto an end winding of electrical windings of the stator which project beyond an axial end of a laminated core of the stator and which cooling cap is designed as a heat sink for cooling the end winding, wherein the cooling cap is formed, at least in regions, from an electrical insulating material. A stator and a motor vehicle including the cooling cap are also provided.

An electrical synchronous machine is provided for a rail-free vehicle. The vehicle has drive wheels and the synchronous machine is designed to generate a torque, which propels the vehicle, at the drive wheels. The synchronous machine has a stator and a rotor which rotates around the stator, wherein the stator has a stator winding of at least three-phase construction for forming a rotating stator magnetic field, and wherein the rotor has at least one rotor winding which is designed for forming a rotor magnetic field. A method for at least partially circumferentially establishing a current-excited synchronous machine provides a rotor yoke, provides a large number of rotor poles, fastens the rotor poles to the rotor yoke for forming a rotor, provides a stator, and inserts the stator into the rotor.
