The invention predominantly relates to a rotating electrical machine for a motor vehicle, comprising: a rotor having an even number of pole pairs Np; and a stator () comprising a body provided with slots and a three-phase winding () inserted into the slots in the stator body. The three-phase winding () comprises: at least a first group (G) of portions of phases (U, V, W) and a second group (G) of portions of phases (U, V, W) which are associated with a first set of at least three bridge arms (); and at least a third group (G) of portions of phases (U, V, W) and a fourth group (G) of portions of phases (U, V, W) which are associated with a second set of at least three bridge arms ().

Rotary electrical machine with a divided winding

A rotary electrical machine comprises a stator and a rotor having an axis of rotation, wherein, on a plane radial to the axis of rotation has a rotor tooth with an arc of a circle. The arc is defined by a centre situated on the axis of symmetry of the tooth, a first point at an intersection between the axis of symmetry and a circle centred on the axis of rotation, and an outer radius. A second point is situated on an axis which passes via the axis of rotation, and forms an angle of 360&#xb0; divided by a number equal to twice the number of magnetic poles. The second point is situated from the axis of rotation an amount equal to the outer radius decreased by an allowance. A ratio between the allowance and the outer radius is between 0.015 and 0.07.

A rotor with permanent magnets comprising: a stack of laminations forming the core of the rotor having an axis, housings spaced evenly apart on the circumference of the rotor and located in the core of the rotor, some of which receive at least one element in the form of a permanent magnet held radially and axially inside the housing between an inner axial part of the housing and an outer axial part, the inner axial part of the housing comprising two concave portions and a protruding portion extending axially according to the axis, the protruding portion being radially closer to the inner axial face of the magnet than the two concave portions. Moreover, recesses are provided in the core and positioned between the housings on a trajectory successively linking the protruding portions of consecutive housings.

Rotor with permanent magnets

The rotor comprises of a plurality of alternating north poles (N) and south poles (S) formed from a plurality of permanent magnets () having a radial polygonal section and arranged in first recesses (). These first recesses extend axially and are distributed regularly between a circumferential portion () and a central portion () of the magnetic mass () of the rotor in such a way as to define a plurality of circumferential polar sections (). The radial section comprises a substantially rectangular portion () next to the circumferential portion adjacent to a substantially trapezoidal portion () next to the central portion. The rotor has a ratio (R) between a first height (h) of the trapezoidal portion and a second height (H) of the rectangular portion, in a radial direction, is predetermined in such a way as to maximize the efficiency of the electric machine.

A synchronous rotating electrical machine is disclosed, of the type including a stator () and a rotor (). The rotor is of the flux concentration type and includes a plurality of alternate North and South poles formed from permanent magnets (PM). The magnets are housed in slots (E) arranged in the magnetic body of the rotor. The rotor includes, for each permanent magnet, a magnetic circuit allowing the circulation of a defluxing magnetic flux. This magnetic circuit has a magnetic reluctance of the defluxing circuit (R) determined as a function of an internal magnetic reluctance of the magnet (R) such that the ratio (R/R) of the magnetic reluctance of the defluxing circuit on the internal magnetic reluctance of the magnet (R) is within a range of predetermined values guaranteeing the magnet against a risk of demagnetization. This range of predetermined values is from approximately 0.3 to approximately 3 depending on the type of magnet.

Synchronous rotating electrical machine with permanent magnets and flux concentration

A synchronous rotating electrical machine is disclosed, of the type including a stator () and a rotor (). The rotor is of the flux concentration type and includes a plurality of alternate North and South poles formed from permanent magnets (PM). The magnets are housed in slots (E) arranged in the magnetic body of the rotor. Each pole comprises a second slot (E) roughly radial and arranged in the magnetic body of the pole, between two consecutive magnets delimiting the pole. In accordance with the invention, each pole includes a portion forming a bridge (BR) between the magnetic bodies of the rotor, on either side of the second slot, this part forming a bridge including a magnetic body height not greater than approximately one times the dimensional value of the width of the permanent magnets.
