A sports boot having a rigid shell base designed to hold the foot of a user, the shell base including a sole and two lateral sides extending from the sole and defining an upper recess therebetween. The boot includes a mechanism for tightening the shell base around the foot of the user, the tightening mechanism including a filiform element for tightening the sides towards one another, the filiform element being tightened by pivoting a lever of the mechanism. The lever is provided to be pivoted in a notch of a rack designed to cover the two sides of the shell base in the tightened configuration and to bend the sides towards the sole under the pivoting action of the lever. Sports boot

Sports boot having a lower portion to surround a user's foot, an upper portion to surround the user's lower leg and movable in relation to the lower portion, and mechanisms blocking the lower portion in relation to the upper portion. The upper portion includes disjointed lateral and medial portions, each rotationally articulated with the lower portion. The blocking mechanisms include an element movable in relation to the lower portion between a blocking position, in which the blocking mechanisms at least partially lock upper portion movement in relation to the lower portion, and an unblocking position in which the blocking mechanisms allow upper portion free movement in relation to the lower portion. When the blocking element is in the unblocking position, the blocking mechanisms allow translational movement of the lateral portion in relation to the medial portion at least along a direction perpendicular to an outsole of the boot.

Arrangement of fastening devices for a boot

A sport boot, of the rigid shell type, provided with an adjustable stiffening device for its sole having a rigid element. The rigid element is mounted freely in a housing of the sole open across from the plantar surface of the user's foot. An adjustable assembly device, inserted in the rigid element and fixed to the sole allows achieving, for an adjustment position, the coupling of the sole to the rigid element. The invention allows modifying the stiffness of the sole, and thus adapting the general behavior of the boot depending on a specific use for which the boot is adapted at a given time.

Tightening device adjustable on the adjustable parts of a boot in a direction transverse to that of the tightening force that it is capable of exerting by means of a tension lever. It has, on an adjustable part, a tension lever whose baseplate is adjustable in position in a transverse direction by a fastening means and a cutout, which cooperate, respectively, with a succession of fastening points and a boss. On the other adjustable part, a retaining element is guided in translation in a slot which extends parallel to the transverse direction of adjustment of the baseplate, located on the other adjustable part of the boot. The direction of the tightening force is allowed to be modified the direction of the tightening force to be applied on the adjustable parts of the boot.

The invention relates to a ski boot in which the shell base includes a single abutment, adjustable in position, with which cooperates the upper for its rearward support and its retention in front inflexion by means of the ends of an oblong slot and a movable element. This movable element, mounted on the upper in combination with the single abutment, provides, at will, the latching of the upper by adjustment under the abutment, or the unlatching of the upper in forward flexion alone, and along a predetermined amplitude by retraction of the abutment.

Flexibilty adjustment of a ski boot

Rear entry alpine ski boots whose rear spoiler is latchable on the shell base. The rear spoiler includes two segments, one lower and one upper, that overlap and are journalled to each other in a zone corresponding to the journal of the ankle. Only the lower segment is journalled and latchable on the shell base and includes a vertical extension, with which a corresponding portion of the upper segment cooperates in rear-to-front flexion, in order to ensure the control of the flexion forces of the upper towards the front.

Ski boot

A device for controlling the tension of a flexible connector (3), such as a wire, cable, or strap, applicable, in particular, as a tightening device for an alpine ski boot. A projection piece (8) on the base (4) has a central longitudinal groove along which the flexible connector (3) extends to its point of attachment (6b) on the tension lever (6). An elastic retainer holds the tension lever (6) on the base (4) in open position, but in the event of shock to the tension lever (6), the second end (15, 16) of the lever (6) disengages from a stop (11) and moves to the outside of the projection piece (8).

A rear entry alpine ski boot, in which the rear spoiler is latched on the sides of the upper. The rear spoiler of the boot has an indent in its rear portion, the indent extending along a plane intersecting a plane passing by its latch on the upper and its pivot on the lower shell and determining an upper segment journalled on latch and lower segment journalled on pivot.
