An outdoor seismic cabinet assembly includes a base located at an outdoor deployment location and a cabinet for housing electronic equipment coupled to the base. The assembly also includes a first post disposed adjacent to a first sidewall of the cabinet and coupled to the base, a second post disposed adjacent to a second sidewall of the cabinet and coupled to the base, and a cross-member disposed adjacent to a top portion of the cabinet. At least one first bracket is coupled to the first post and to the cross-member and at least one second bracket is coupled to the second post and to the cross-member. Other example outdoor seismic cabinet assemblies and seismic cabinet conversion kits are also disclosed.

Outdoor seismic equipment enclosures

An outdoor telecommunications equipment enclosure includes a dome, a base for receiving the dome, and a slide lock assembly for coupling the dome to the base. The slide lock assembly includes a housing coupled to one of the dome and the base and defining a channel and a slider positioned within the channel. The slider is moveable between a retracted position and an extended position for engaging the other one of the dome and the base. In one example embodiment, one of the slider and the housing includes multiple protrusions in contact with the other one of the slider and the housing. The protrusions inhibit surface contact between the slider and the housing. In another example embodiment, the slide lock assembly includes a gasket, seal and/or plug to inhibit ingress of debris into the slide lock assembly. In yet another example embodiment, the slide lock assembly includes a rotator having an actuator head accessible to a user such that when the rotator is rotated in a first direction via the actuator head, the rotator moves the slider into the extended position.

According to some aspects of the present disclosure, systems and methods are disclosed for cabinet frames, including frame members coupled together via corner copulas. Frame members may include external and internal channels and surfaces for mounting external and internal components. A cooling fixture for molded components includes a support surface, at least two brackets coupled to the support surface, and at least one roller having a central axis. The roller is coupled between the brackets for rotating about its central axis and is positioned for contacting a portion of a molded component and rotating about its central axis as necessary to align the molded component and substantially inhibit gouging of the molded component when the molded component is placed in the cooling fixture for cooling. A lock assembly is provided for releasably coupling a dome of a telecommunications enclosure to a base of the telecommunications enclosure. The lock assembly generally includes a housing having at least one stop, a slider disposed at least partly within the housing and moveable between an extended position for coupling the dome of the telecommunications enclosure to the base of the telecommunications enclosure and a retracted position for uncoupling the dome from the base, and a cam configured to rotate and move the slider between the retracted position and the extended position. The cam is engageable with the at least one stop of the housing to stop rotation of the cam when the slider moves to the retracted position and/or to stop rotation of the cam when the slider moves to the extended position.

A spade or stake for hardware free mounting to a telecommunications data distribution terminal pedestal is disclosed. The spade may include one or more connectors of various types for engaging the pedestal to thereby couple the spade to the pedestal without hardware, and thus without tools. The pedestal may also include one or more connectors for mating with corresponding connectors on the stake.

Fiber distribution hubs for distributing fiber optic networks are disclosed. The fiber distribution hub includes a mounting plate for supporting a termination of at least one fiber cable, a patch enclosure for protecting the termination, and a splice enclosure for protecting at least one splice connection to an optical fiber included in a feeder cable. The patch enclosure includes a first door and defining a patch chamber. The mounting plate is positioned within the patch chamber. The splice chamber includes a second door. The splice enclosure is releasably coupled to the patch enclosure.

A fiber optic cable clamp module is disclosed. The clamp module includes a conductive contact for terminating a tracer wire. The clamp module retains the fiber optic cable and provides a weather tight seal around the cable. A carrier for a fiber optic cable clamp module is also disclosed. The carrier provides a connection to ground for a tracer wire when a clamp module containing the tracer wire is installed in the carrier. The carrier also has a switch for disconnecting the tracer wire from ground without physically removing the tracer wire. A method for installing fiber optic cable using a clamping module is also disclosed.
