A fluid transfer system includes a valve tree, the valve tree having a master valve having a flow axis and a header. The fluid transfer system further includes a coupler disposed between, connected to, and in fluid communication with, the valve tree and the header. The coupler has a fixed length and includes a coupler multi-path flow connector in fluid communication with the valve tree. The coupler also includes a flow control valve having a flow axis, the flow control valve directly coupled to the coupler multi-path flow connector and in fluid communication with the header.

System for fluid transfer

A ball dropper assembly includes a main body, a sealing piston, and a magazine assembly. The main body includes a main bore, angle bore, and transverse bore formed therethrough. The transverse bore is fluidly coupled to the main bore through the angle bore. The sealing piston is positioned within the transverse bore. Seal rings are positioned between the main body and the sealing piston on either side of the angle bore. The magazine assembly includes a magazine body and a carrier piston. The magazine body is mechanically coupled to the main body. The carrier piston has a carrier hole formed therein and is mechanically coupled to the sealing piston.

Systems and methods for deployment of a frac ball into a wellbore

A valve position indicator for a valve includes a spline barrel, indicator flag, and follower. The spline barrel may be generally tubular and may be positionable about a tail stem protector of the valve. The spline barrel may have a helical slot formed therein. The spline barrel may be rotatably coupled to the tail stem protector of a valve. The indicator flag may be coupled to the spline barrel and may extend radially therefrom. The follower may be coupleable to a tail stem of the valve. The follower may extend in a direction perpendicular to the extent of the tail stem. The follower may extend through a slot in the tail stem protector and the helical slot of the spline barrel when the spline barrel is positioned about the tail stem protector.

Valve position indicator

An apparatus includes a conduit forming part of a drilling fluid return path from a wellbore. The the conduit has at least one well outflow control in the conduit. The at least one well fluid outflow control has at least two annular flow restrictors each separately operable to close to a respective inner diameter.

Staged annular restriction for managed pressure drilling

A compound bow includes a riser, an upper limb, and a lower limb, the upper limb and lower limbs coupled to the riser. The compound bow may include a draw sensor. The compound bow includes a performance module coupled to the riser, the performance module operatively coupled to the draw sensor. A compound bow may include an arrow chronometer assembly. A method may include determining draw weight or length based on measurements of the draw sensor. A method may include determining arrow speed based on measurements of the arrow chronometer assembly.

Compound bow performance module

A valve position indicator for a valve includes an outer housing, actuation rod, indicator flag, and follower. The actuation rod is positioned within the outer housing, which is couplable to a tail stem protector of the valve. The actuation rod may have a helical slot formed therein. The actuation rod may be rotatably coupled to the outer housing. The indicator flag may be coupled to the actuator rod and may extend radially therefrom. The follower may be couplable to a tail stem of the valve. The follower may extend in a direction perpendicular to the extent of the tail stem. The follower may extend through a slot in the tail stem protector and into the helical slot of the actuation rod when the valve position indicator is coupled to the tail stem protector.

A conduit forming part of a drilling fluid return path from a wellbore has at least one flow restrictor disposed on an interior surface of the conduit. A drill string is disposed through the interior of the conduit and has at least one flow restrictor disposed on an exterior surface of the drill string. The drill string is longitudinally movable through the conduit to enable placing the flow restrictor in the conduit, and the flow restrictor on the drill string at a selected longitudinal distance from each other.

Aligned disc choke for managed pressure drilling

A system includes an annular packer assembly configured to be positioned within an outer annular barrel. The annular packer assembly includes a packer having a radially-inner surface configured to contact an inner annular barrel and a radially-outer surface, and the packer extends axially from a first end to a second end. The annular packer assembly also includes a piston assembly configured to move axially relative to the outer annular barrel to deflect the second end of the packer radially-inwardly into an annular space between the inner annular barrel and the outer annular barrel to seal about the inner annular barrel.

Annular packer system and method

A diverter system having stabbing dogs is provided. In one embodiment, such a system includes a diverter, a housing, and a plurality of stabbing dogs coupled to the housing. The stabbing dogs are positioned to enable locking elements of the stabbing dogs to be extended into recesses in the diverter to secure the diverter within the housing. At least one of the recesses in the diverter is connected to a fluid conduit within the diverter, and at least one stabbing dog includes a fluid passage that enables fluid to be routed into the fluid conduit within the diverter through the at least one stabbing dog. Additional systems, devices, and methods are also disclosed.
