An electric machine includes a stator core, interconnected hairpin windings, and a terminal. The interconnected hairpin windings are arranged between an inner diameter and an outer diameter of the core. The interconnected hairpin windings are arranged to form a plurality of electrical phases. The terminal is configured to connect a first of the plurality of electrical phases of the hairpin windings to a power source. The terminal has a first plate that is connected to a first pair of hairpins that are disposed along the outer diameter of the core. The terminal has a second plate that is connected to a second pair of hairpins that are disposed along the inner diameter of the core. The terminal has a bridge plate that extends between and connects the first plate to the second plate.

This disclosure relates to a coolant cap mix-up prevention system for a motor vehicle. In one example, a motor vehicle includes a first coolant bottle configured for use with a first cap and a second coolant bottle configured for use with a second cap. The second coolant bottle is configured prevent attachment of the first cap to the second coolant bottle. A method is also disclosed.

A vehicle is provided with a transmission having a chamber with fluid therein. The vehicle includes a core and a conductor that are mounted within the chamber. The core includes a pair of elements that are oriented toward each other along a longitudinal axis. Each element includes a base with a post and at least two projections extending longitudinally from the base. The conductor is disposed over the posts and is configured to receive the fluid through an opening formed between adjacent projections.
