A method of assembling a skimmer assembly includes providing a housing including a plurality of walls defining a chamber. The method also includes coupling a base member to the plurality of walls. The base member includes a first hub. The method further includes coupling a carriage to the base member. The carriage includes a base wall, a second hub, and a sidewall. The second hub extends from the base wall in a first direction. The sidewall extends from the base wall in a second direction opposite the first direction. The method also includes rotating the second hub within the first hub to change an orientation of the sidewall relative to the housing.

Skimmer cover assembly method

A skimmer assembly includes a housing, a first inlet, a first outlet, a second inlet, a second outlet, and a valve. The housing includes a first chamber portion, a second chamber portion, and a divider wall. The divider wall is operable to inhibit fluid communication between the first chamber portion and the second chamber portion. The first inlet and the first outlet are in fluid communication with the first chamber portion. The second inlet and the second outlet are in fluid communication with the second chamber portion. The valve is operable in an open state and a closed state. The valve is configured to (i) allow a flow of fluid into the second chamber portion in the open state and (ii) inhibit the flow of fluid into the second chamber portion in the closed state.

Skimmer assembly

A skimmer assembly includes a housing, a base member, and a carriage. The housing includes a plurality of walls defining a chamber. The base member includes a first sidewall and a first hub. The first sidewall extends from an upper surface of the base member. The first hub extends from a lower surface of the base member. The lower surface is opposite the upper surface. The base member is configured to receive the housing such that the first sidewall at least partially surrounds the housing. The carriage includes a second sidewall and a second hub. The second sidewall extends from an upper surface of the carriage. The first hub extends from a lower surface of the carriage opposite the upper surface of the carriage. The first hub is configured to rotatably receive the second hub.
