An accumulator assembly for a pump system at a well site is arranged to fluidically connect to a flow line between a blender and a fracturing pump of the pump system. The accumulator assembly includes a pressurizable tank configured to contain pressurized fluid; and, a control valve fluidically connected between a discharge end of the tank and the flow line. The control valve opens and fluidically connects the tank to the flow line when a pressure on the flow line is less than a target pressure, and the control valve closes and fluidically blocks communication between the tank and the flow line when the pressure on the flow line is greater than or substantially same as the target pressure.

A dilution system for a hydraulic fracturing fluid includes a dilution manifold, a hydration unit configured to provide a source of liquid, a diluent line connecting the hydration unit to the dilution manifold, a diluent flow control valve on the diluent line, a hydration tank configured to hydrate a mixed additive, a gravity-driven viscous fluid line connecting an exit of the hydration tank to the dilution manifold, a viscous fluid flow meter on the viscous fluid line, and a viscous fluid control valve on the viscous fluid line.

The belt has a conveying portion and a retreating portion movable through the conveyor system, each of the conveying portion and the retreating portion having an interior surface and an exterior surface, the exterior surface of the conveying portion configured to convey materials. The conveying portion of the belt is disposed within the conveying portion cover, the retreating portion of the belt disposed exteriorly of the conveying portion cover, and the conveying portion cover has a convex sliding surface and a tubular shape. A well cementing method includes combining a spacer polymer with a liquid in a first mixer and producing a spacer polymer blend yielding a spacer pumped into a well using a product pump. The method includes combining a cement additive with the liquid in the first mixer and producing a cement additive blend yielding a wellbore cement pumped into the well following the spacer using the product pump. Another well cementing method includes combining a cement additive with a liquid in a first mixer and producing a cement additive blend. The method combines bulk cement materials and the cement additive blend in a second mixer and produces a wellbore cement pumped into a well. A well cementing system includes a liquid pump, a first mixer, an additive feeder, a second mixer separate from the first mixer, a cement feeder, and a product pump.

A hydration system configured to selectively enable a continuous process or a batch process of an additive for a hydraulic fracturing fluid, the hydration system including a hydration tank having a plurality of compartments, wherein the hydration tank is configured to enable movement of a material through the plurality of compartments in the continuous process. The hydration tank is configured to substantially restrict movement of the material between the plurality of compartments in the batch process. Also included is a method of selectively hydrating an additive in a batch process or a continuous process using a hydration system configured to enable both the batch process and the continuous process.

A well treatment method includes drawing a solvent to a first pump, drawing a wetting liquid to a second pump, pumping the wetting liquid through a polymer mixer using the second pump, combining polymer with the wetting liquid to produce a slurry containing undissolved polymer, and combining the slurry with the solvent upstream from the first pump. Another well treatment method includes increasing dissolution time of the polymer by providing a buffering agent in the wetting liquid before combining the wetting liquid and the polymer. A well treatment system includes a polymer mixing subsystem with a mix loop having a mix loop inlet line from a first pump feed line and a mix loop outlet line back to the first pump feed line, the mix loop outlet line containing a polymer mixer.
