A tensioning system may be implementable for a rack. A ladder upright may extend upwardly from a central area of a base of the rack and support shelves. First and second straps may extend upwardly from first and second lateral areas of the base and couple with a plate arranged along the ladder upright. The plate can include a set of vertically aligned plate-aligning apertures, and the ladder upright can include a set of vertically arranged receiving apertures. Corresponding aperture pairs can each include one from the set of receiving apertures and one from the set of plate-aligning apertures. The plate-aligning apertures may be distributed differently from the receiving apertures such that the plate is vertically moveable along the receiving apertures to change which of the corresponding aperture pairs is aligned for receiving a fastener to retain the plate in a state in which tension is present in the straps.

Adjustable tensioning mechanism for storage rack

A modular audio system which includes an acoustic module configured to be removably engaged with a head-worn peripheral device. In some examples, the head-worn peripheral device is a pair of eyeglass frames and the acoustic module is configured to removably secure to a socket arranged on the inside face of the temples of the eyeglasses. The acoustic module can slidingly, pivotably, and/or magnetically engage with the socket such that, when secured, the acoustic module is configured to generate acoustic energy in the form of audible sound proximate a user's ear while the user is wearing the head-worn peripheral device. In other examples, the temples of the head-worn peripheral device are configured to slidingly engage with a sleeve, where the sleeve includes a pocket configured to slidingly engage with the acoustic module.

A headband assembly that is constructed and arranged to be worn on or over a head of a user, having a curved compliant spring member, a cushion member that is configured to be in contact with or proximate the head of the user when the headband assembly is worn by the user, a spine that is coupled to both the cushion member and the spring member, and a cap that at least partially overlies the spring member and the spine.

Headband assembly

A portable loudspeaker includes an enclosure that defines an acoustic cavity. An electro-acoustic transducer is disposed within the acoustic cavity. A strap is provided which has a first end that is fixedly coupled to the enclosure and a second end that is releasably coupled to the enclosure. The second end of the strap is configured to be coupled to the enclosure (e.g., to secure an object therebetween). The second end of the strap is also configured be coupled to another portion of the strap to form a closed loop.

Portable loudspeakers

A portable loudspeaker with an enclosure that defines an acoustic cavity in an interior of the enclosure, at least one passive radiator exposed to the acoustic cavity, and an electro-acoustic transducer arranged to radiate sound pressure into the acoustic cavity to acoustically energize the at least one passive radiator. A user-operable switch is located in the interior of the enclosure, and a compliant button that forms part of the enclosure and overlies and is spaced from the switch. A sound-deadening member is positioned in the space between the button and the switch. The sound-deadening member is arranged to inhibit sound pressure in the acoustic cavity from reaching the button.
