A passenger includes at least one seat component including a first material and at least one additive manufactured component including a second material, the at least one additive manufactured component including a plurality of zones. The at least one additive manufactured component is attached to the at least one seat component. The at least one additive manufactured component includes a lattice structure. Each of the plurality of zones have different physical properties.

Additive manufactured aircraft seat components

A privacy panel assembly for a passenger seat includes a vertically extending panel attached to a lateral surface of the passenger seat such that the vertically extending panel includes a forward edge and an aft edge and at least one sliding mechanism attached to an interior surface of the vertically extending panel. The vertically extending panel includes a stowed configuration and a deployed configuration. In the stowed configuration, the aft edge of the vertically extending panel is disposed on an aft side of a rear surface of a seatback of the passenger seat. In the deployed configuration, the aft edge of the vertically extending panel is approximately aligned with a seating surface of the seatback on a forward side of the passenger seat.

A passenger seat arrangement is provided for a single-aisle vehicle, such as a narrow-body aircraft. In some examples, the passenger seat includes a passenger seat having a seat plane. The passenger seat is positioned such that the seat plane is at a non-square and non-zero acute angle relative to a plane of the aisle. The passenger seat is a non-lie flat seat movable between an upright position and a neutral position. A seat back of the passenger seat is at a non-zero angle relative to a seat base of the passenger seat in both the upright position and the neutral position.

Described are passenger support assemblies for a passenger seat, including an expandable inner frame that attaches the passenger support assembly with a seat frame and an expansion mechanism that allows the expandable inner frame to change in width, and an outer frame that includes two side frame elements connected with the expandable inner frame and extending beyond the expandable inner frame, the outer frame configured to change in width in response to a change in width of the expandable inner frame. A diaphragm can held in tension by the two side frame elements of the outer frame to define a seating surface.

A passenger seat () that includes at least one back rest frame (-) with at least one through-hole, at least one lateral structural member () that is perpendicular to the at least one back rest frame (-) and is disposed in the at least one through-hole, and at least one floor attachment frame () with at least one through-hole that is coaxial with the at least one through-hole of the at least one back rest frame (-). Each lateral structural member include an internal composite tube () that extends a full lateral width of the passenger seat and a plurality of outer tubes (-) disposed on an outer surface of the internal composite tube.
