A truck assembly having a truck hanger with a flange and a pivot pin extension that may be inserted into a pivot cup of a mounting plate with a well with a pair of complementary fasteners aligning and securing a pair of bushings with a first portion of one bushing disposed within the well to restrain lateral movement of the first bushing when the hanger is tilted relative to the mounting plate whereby deformation of a bore of the bushing relative to one of the fasteners passing therethrough is reduced or eliminated while a second section assists in restoring the hanger back to an untilted orientation relative to the mounting plate.

A damping system that incorporates a base plate and a hanger with an axle for receiving at least one wheel and a damping element coupling a skateboard deck or the base plate to the hanger and operable to retain the hanger in a normal alignment by introducing a resistance to the motion of the deck or base plate toward or away from the hanger for delaying, reducing, or preventing a speed wobble condition commonly encountered in skateboarding when traveling at a high rate of speed.

A device and a mechanism is provided for incorporation of traditional skateboard maneuvers on a miniature level. The device may be a toy fingerboard skateboard that may be utilized to perform common skateboard tricks. The device may have a spring click mechanism that is incorporated into the toy skateboard design whereby the spring may be placed at the tail kick section of the skateboard. The device may allow for pressure to be placed on the spring click portion of the board thereby increasing the traction to the front of the board which in turn allows the skateboard to lift from the surface in which it is placed. The increased traction and pressure on the fingerboard allows for the performance of different skateboarding tricks that are typically not successful with the fingerboard skateboard because of traction and size limitations.

A wheel is provided for coupling to a bearing case at an outer cylindrical surface and a lateral annular surface of the bearing case. The wheel includes an inner wheel portion with an annular body defining a central hole with an inner cylindrical surface and a lateral annular surface for engaging the bearing case. The inner wheel portion may substantially comprise a thermoset, polyurethane material having a density and have a surface exhibiting a hardness. The wheel also may include an outer wheel portion bonded to the inner wheel portion. The outer wheel portion may be substantially comprised of the same thermoset, polyurethane material as the inner wheel portion. The outer wheel surface may exhibit a hardness substantially the same as that of the inner wheel surface. The inner wheel material may have a lesser density than that of the outer wheel material. The lesser density of the inner wheel portion may be provided by gas bubbles included in the material of the inner wheel portion, which bubbles may be provided by hollow plastic spheres.
