Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods, systems, apparatuses, and computer program products that are configured to provide authenticated access to a service application. The embodiments disclose an apparatus and system configured to launch an authenticated service application session in response to capturing authentication success rendering comprising visual authentication indicia. The authentication success rendering is a captured via a user device display, and includes visual authentication indicia. To facilitate rendering of the authentication success rendering, embodiments output a browser sign-in session request configured to launch a browser sign-in session associated with a browser application. Additionally, to facilitate capturing the rendering, embodiments initiate a display recorder module configured to capture, during the browser sign-in session and via the user device display, authentication success rendering comprising visual authentication indicia. Embodiments may be configured to parse the captured authentication success rendering to identify the visual authentication indicia, and decode the visual authentication indicia to identify user authentication data. Finally, embodiments may execute a service application sign-in protocol using the user authentication data to launch the authenticated service application session.

Techniques for facilitating messaging in a group-based communication system between a calling device and one or more client devices. A first user operating a calling device may send a request to a call server computing device to send a call-based communication via the group-based communication system. The call-based communication may include voice or textual data. The call server computing device may receive the call-based communication and may format the call-based communication to send to the group-based communication system. The call server may send the formatted call-based communication to the group-based communication system for presentation via the one or more client devices.

Managing telephone based channel communication in a group-based communication system

Various embodiments of the present invention are directed to an improved group-based communication apparatus that is configured to render suggested graphical objects within a group-based communication interface. The group-based communication apparatus is configured to determine a ranking for a group-defined graphical object set based a user identifier. In response to receiving graphical object interface requests or messaging communication provision requests, the group-based apparatus is configured to determine at least one suggested graphical object based on the ranking and cause rendering of the at least one graphical object to a graphical object selection interface.
