The method computer program products, and systems can include, for instance: obtaining product interaction data, the product interaction data being in dependence on a user's interaction with an item within a venue; examining, by machine logic, data of the product interaction data, wherein the examining includes examining of data of the product interaction data to determine that the user has interacted with the item; configuring, by machine logic, a webpage that specifies product information, wherein the configuring is based on the examining data of the product interaction data, and wherein the configuring is performed in response to a communication received from the user; and sending the configured webpage to the user.

The embodiment may include identifying a user participating in a voice call by a user voice signature. The embodiment may further include identifying, upon authorization of the identified user, a response from a repository of stored, pre-recorded responses associated with the identified user that satisfies the request, where the stored responses are stored as a pre-recorded voice clip or a pre-recorded number sequence on the client computing device.

Systems and methods for authenticating a user via a customized image-based challenge are disclosed. In embodiments, a computer-implemented method comprises: receiving an access request from a user requesting access to content; generating a list of items recommended for the user based on computer-based user behavior data; selecting from the list of recommended items: a first set of items and a second set of items, wherein the first set of items are associated with a characteristic and the second set of items are not associated with the characteristic; generating an image-based challenge comprising a test question to be answered by the user and a plurality of selectable images including images of each of the first set of items and images of each of the second set of items; and providing the image-based challenge to a user computer device of the user.

Authenticating a user via a customized image-based challenge

Described are techniques for differentiating humans from bots. The techniques including a computer-implemented method comprising presenting a motion-based challenge-response instruction to a user via a user interface of a first device of a plurality of devices associated with the user and communicatively coupled to one another by a network, where the motion-based challenge-response instruction describes at least one motion that is performable by the user and detectable by at least one of the plurality of devices, and where the motion-based challenge-response instruction is configured to differentiate humans from bots. The method further comprises determining that device data from one or more of the plurality of devices matches the at least one motion. The method further comprises authenticating the first device in response to determining that the device data matches the at least one motion, where authenticating the first device indicates that the user is a human.

The method computer program products, and systems can include, for instance: receiving, from a user, voice data defining a candidate directive invoking vocal utterance for invoking a directive to execute a first text based command to perform a first computer function of a computer system, wherein the candidate directive invoking vocal utterance includes at least one word or phrase of the text based command, wherein the computer system is configured to perform the first computer function in response to the first text based command and wherein the computer system is configured to perform a second computer function in response to a second text based command; determining, based on machine logic, whether a word or phrase of the candidate vocal utterance sounds confusingly similar to a speech rendering of a word or phrase defining the second text based command.

A media file is detected, where the media file is captured by a user at a venue. A plurality of wireless beacons are detected, where each of the plurality of wireless beacons is associated with a respective micro-location at the venue. A micro-location of the user is determined, based, at least in part, on: (i) a proximity of the user to a wireless beacon of the plurality of wireless beacons, and (ii) the respective micro-location of the wireless beacon. Metadata of the media file is populated, based on the determined micro-location of the user and any tag information for the determined micro-location, where the metadata includes a coordinate that relates to the micro-location of the user.
