Provided herein are methods of enhancing spatial resolution of an analyte using sandwich maker system. The methods and systems used herein include a first substrate that includes a plurality of probes that include a capture domain and a spatial domain and a second substrate that includes a plurality of probes comprising a capture domain and a spatial domain.

Methods, compositions, kits, and systems for enhancing analyte capture for spatial analysis

The present disclosure provides methods, systems, and kits for processing nucleic acid molecules. A method may comprise providing a template nucleic acid fragment (e.g., within a cell, cell bead, or cell nucleus) within a partition (e.g., a droplet or well) and subjecting the template nucleic acid fragment to one or more processes including a barcoding process and a single primer extension or amplification process. The processed template nucleic acid fragment may then be recovered from the partition and subjected to further amplification to provide material for subsequent sequencing analysis. The methods provided herein may permit simultaneous processing and analysis of both DNA and RNA molecules originating from the same cell, cell bead, or cell nucleus.

Methods for processing nucleic acid molecules

Applicant discloses herein kits for identifying the presence of Zika virus in a sample. In embodiments, these kits comprise reagents disclosed herein. Applicant further provides kits for use in detecting ZIKV in a sample, the kits comprising reagents disclosed herein. In embodiments, kits include primers directed to Zika virus (ZIKV) nucleic acid sequences, the primers capable of hybridizing to ZIKV nucleic acids and to copies of ZIKV nucleic acids (including to cDNA copies of ZIKV nucleic acids). Applicant discloses herein reagents for detecting Zika virus (ZIKV) in a sample, the reagents including one or more nucleic acid primers that are capable of hybridizing to a ZIKV nucleic acid (including to cDNA copies of ZIKV nucleic acids).
