To this end, the present invention provides the light extraction substrate for the organic light emitting device, the fabrication method therefor and the organic light emitting device including the same, wherein the light extraction substrate, which is arranged on one surface through which the light emitted from the organic light emitting element is emitted to the outside, comprises: a base substrate; a matrix layer formed between the organic light emitting element and the base substrate; and the photonic crystal patterns formed on the base substrate, arranged inside the matrix layer and formed to have an aperiodic structure, wherein the matrix layer and the photonic crystal patterns form an internal light extraction layer of the organic light emitting device.
