An embodiment multi-way coolant valve includes an outer housing including first to third outer inlets, first to third outer outlets, and a pump mount portion coupled to one of the outer outlets, an inner housing rotatably provided within the outer housing and including penetration holes corresponding to the outer inlets and outlets, a coolant line defined by a selective connection of the penetration holes such that the outer inlets and outlets are selectively connected, pads interposed between an interior circumference of the outer housing and an exterior circumference of the inner housing at locations of the outer inlets and outlets, respectively, and a driving unit connected to a rotation center of the inner housing to selectively rotate the inner housing within the outer housing, wherein the inner housing is configured to rotate by a preset interval according to a selected vehicle mode.

Multi-way coolant valve and heat pump system having the same

The present invention relates to a water supply module including a coolant module including a reservoir tank configured to accommodate a coolant therein, a direction switching valve configured to control a flow of a coolant in a plurality of directions, and a coolant pump configured to pump the coolant, and a component assembling part to which the coolant module is configured to be coupled, the component assembling part having a vehicle mounting portion formed to be coupled to a vehicle, and a coolant flow path in which the coolant flows, such that the components for the thermal management may be connected in an integrated manner, thereby reducing the number of components and the number of working processes, improving the mounting convenience by means of modularization, reducing a load of a water pump, and improving expandability in coupling the components.

Water supply module

An embodiment coolant control module includes a housing including a coolant inlet configured to receive a coolant, a coolant outlet configured to discharge the coolant, an internal passage connecting the coolant inlet and the coolant outlet, and a pump mounting part adjacent to the coolant outlet. The coolant control module further includes a control valve disposed inside the housing and configured to change a direction of the coolant, a coolant pump coupled to the pump mounting part of the housing, a driving motor unit mounted on the housing, connected to the control valve, and configured to drive the control valve, and a controller mounted on the housing, connected to the coolant pump and the driving motor unit, and configured to control an operation of the coolant pump and the driving motor unit.

Disclosed is a lower cross member of a vehicle. The lower cross member includes a core member configured to be disposed on a vehicle floor so as to extend in a width direction of the vehicle, to be formed of a composite material including unidirectional carbon fiber or bidirectional carbon fiber, and to have a cross-section including at least one closed curve, a lower layer configured to extend in an extending direction of the core member, to be disposed between the core member and the vehicle floor, and to be formed of a composite material including a first multi-axial glass fabric, and an upper layer configured to extend in the extending direction of the core member, to be disposed on an upper surface of the core member, and to be formed of a composite material including a second multi-axial glass fabric.

Lower cross member of vehicle

Provided is a radiator and condenser assembly, and more particularly, a radiator and condenser assembly capable of forming a pair of protrusions for horizontally fixing the condenser at a lower portion of a header tank of the radiator and forming a fixed part in a 'U' shape for fixing the condenser in a front and back direction to directly fix a vapor-liquid separator of the condenser to the header tank of the radiator to remove a fixed bracket formed in the condenser, thereby saving component manufacturing costs and additional process and processing costs for forming the fixed bracket.

A cooling module is formed by stacking a condenser mounted in order to cool an engine of a vehicle and cool a refrigerant of an air conditioner, an electronic radiator disposed below the condenser, an engine radiator, and a fan shroud assembly and capable of improving cooling performance of the electronic radiator by forming the engine radiator in only a region in which the condenser is formed or forming the engine radiator in a portion of a region in which the electronic radiator is formed as well as the region in which the condenser is formed, in a height direction and including an air guide installed at a portion corresponding to the electronic radiator below the engine radiator to allow air to be introduced toward the electronic radiator.
