A bubble column reactor includes a reaction zone in which a reaction of a gaseous reactant is carried out in a liquid reaction medium, a first disengaging section provided above the reaction zone and into which a first effluent stream rising from the reaction zone is introduced, and a condensation zone provided above the first disengaging section. The bubble column reactor's condensation zone diameter is smaller than the diameter of the first disengaging section.

A reactor cleaning method includes pressurizing a washing solvent container to 5 kg/cm·g to 40 kg/cm·g using pressurized gas; supplying a washing solvent stream from the washing solvent container to one or more of a lower portion or a side portion of the reactor to fill an inside of the reactor; and circulating the washing solvent stream between the washing solvent container and the reactor while maintaining a temperature of the reactor at 115° C. to 200° C.

A method for separating polybutene, the method including: (1) introducing a polybutene solution into a distillation column, the solution including polybutene, a halogenated hydrocarbon solvent, and a non-polar hydrocarbon solvent and having a viscosity of 1 cp to 50 cp measured at 25° C. using a rotational viscometer; (2) collecting an upper stream including the halogenated hydrocarbon solvent and a portion of the non-polar hydrocarbon solvent from an upper portion of the distillation column, and collecting a lower stream including the polybutene and a remaining portion of the non-polar hydrocarbon solvent from a lower portion of the distillation column, where the lower stream has a viscosity of 10 cp to 150 cp; and (3) separating the remaining portion of the non-polar hydrocarbon solvent and the polybutene from the lower stream.

The present disclosure relates to an apparatus for preparing an oligomer, the apparatus including: a reactor for oligomerizing a feed stream containing a fed monomer; a stirrer inserted into a hole formed in an upper portion of the reactor; and a solvent transfer line extending inward from a side of the reactor, wherein the stirrer includes a rotating shaft vertically extending downward from the upper portion of the reactor, and a blade having a conical shape whose vertex is positioned at a lower end of the rotating shaft and outer diameter increases from a bottom toward a top, and the solvent transfer line has a plurality of spray nozzles formed in a direction toward the blade.
