A scroll compressor including a housing, a motor provided in the housing, a rotary shaft configured to be rotated by the motor, an orbiting scroll configured to orbit in conjunction with the rotary shaft, a fixed scroll configured to define a compression chamber together with the orbiting scroll, and a discharge valve disposed on one surface of the fixed scroll and configured to open or close one or more discharge openings of the fixed scroll through which a refrigerant compressed in the compression chamber is discharged, in which the discharge valve includes: a discharge reed plate disposed on one surface of the fixed scroll, and a gasket retainer disposed between one surface of the fixed scroll and the housing and configured to surround the discharge reed plate.

A scroll compressor including a housing, a motor provided in the housing, a rotary shaft rotated by the motor, an orbiting scroll configured to orbit in conjunction with the rotary shaft, and a fixed scroll configured to define compression chambers together with the orbiting scroll, in which the housing includes a center housing penetrated by the rotary shaft, a front housing configured to define, together with the center housing, a motor accommodation space that accommodates the motor, and a rear housing configured to define a discharge chamber that accommodates a refrigerant discharged from the compression chamber, and an injection valve assembly provided between the fixed scroll and the rear housing, and the injection valve assembly includes an anti-leakage means and an injection valve configured to open or close an injection flow path that guides the refrigerant, which is introduced from outside of the housing, to the compression chamber.

A scroll compressor includes a housing; a motor provided in the housing; a rotating shaft rotated by the motor; an orbital scroll orbital moved by the rotating shaft; and a fixed scroll forming a compression chamber together with the orbital scroll, wherein the fixed scroll includes an injection hole guiding an intermediate pressure refrigerant to the compression chamber, wherein the compression chamber is formed in a pair, and wherein the injection hole is formed to communicate with any one of the pair of compression chambers when communicating with the other one of the pair of compression chambers. Thereby, an amount of refrigerant discharged from the compression chamber is increased, and thus the performance and efficiency of the compressor may be improved.

A scroll compressor includes a housing; a motor provided in the housing; a rotating shaft rotated by the motor; an orbital scroll orbital moved by the rotating shaft; a fixed scroll forming a compression chamber together with the orbital scroll; an injection flow path guiding an intermediate pressure refrigerant from an outside of the housing to the compression chamber; and an injection valve assembly opening and closing the injection flow path, wherein the injection valve assembly includes a cover plate having an inlet through which the intermediate pressure refrigerant is introduced, an injection valve opening and closing the inlet, and a valve plate having an outlet guiding the refrigerant that has passed through the injection valve toward the compression chamber. Thereby, an amount of refrigerant discharged from the compression chamber is increased, and thus the performance and efficiency of the compressor may be improved.

A scroll compressor includes a housing; a motor provided in the housing; a rotating shaft rotated by the motor; an orbiting scroll orbitally moved by the rotating shaft; a fixed scroll forming a compression chamber together with the orbiting scroll; and a valve mechanism guiding intermediate pressure refrigerant from an outside of the housing to the compression chamber and discharging refrigerant overcompressed in the compression chamber into a discharge chamber, thereby increasing amount of refrigerant discharged from the compression chamber, and improving performance and efficiency.

A scroll compressor of the present disclosure includes a housing; a motor provided in the housing; a rotating shaft rotated by the motor; an orbital scroll orbital moved by the rotating shaft; and a fixed scroll forming a compression chamber together with the orbital scroll, wherein the housing includes a center housing through which the rotating shaft passes; a front housing forming a motor accommodating space in which the motor is accommodated; and a rear housing having a discharge chamber accommodating a refrigerant discharged from the compression chamber, a discharge port guiding the refrigerant of the discharge chamber to an outside of the housing, an introduction port into which an intermediate pressure refrigerant is introduced from the outside of the housing, and an introduction chamber accommodating the refrigerant introduced through the introduction port, and wherein the fixed scroll comprises an injection hole guiding the refrigerant of the introduction chamber to the compression chamber. Thereby, an amount of refrigerant discharged from the compression chamber is increased, and thus the performance and efficiency of the compressor may be improved.

A scroll compressor including a casing; an orbiting scroll orbitingly moved inside the casing; a fixed scroll engaged with the orbiting scroll to form a pair of compression chambers; and a main frame supporting the orbiting scroll, wherein the fixed scroll includes a fixed scroll base plate and a fixed scroll wrap protruding from the fixed scroll base plate, wherein the main frame includes a main frame base plate provided on an opposite side of the fixed scroll base plate with respect to the orbiting scroll, and wherein the fixed scroll base plate, the main frame base plate and the casing may form an orbiting space of the orbiting scroll. An orbiting radius of the orbiting scroll is increased inside the casing having a predetermined size, so a refrigerant discharge amount is increased in a state in which the orbiting scroll and the fixed scroll are accommodated inside the casing.

A scroll compressor includes a casing; an orbiting scroll; a fixed scroll; and a main frame which supports the orbiting scroll. The fixed scroll may include a fixed scroll end plate and a fixed scroll wrap which protrudes from the fixed scroll end plate. The main frame may include a main frame end plate which is provided on the opposite side of the fixed scroll end plate on the basis of the orbiting scroll, and a main frame side plate which protrudes from an outer circumferential portion of the main frame end plate toward the fixed scroll. The fixed scroll end plate, the main frame end plate, and the main frame side plate may form an orbiting space of the orbiting scroll.

A scroll compressor including a center housing; a front housing fastened to the center housing and forming a suction chamber; a rear housing fastened to the center housing and forming a compression mechanism accommodation space. Fixed scroll is in the compression mechanism accommodation space. An orbiting scroll interposes between the center housing and the fixed scroll forming a compression chamber together with the fixed scroll. Fixed scroll may include a fixed scroll end plate and a fixed scroll side plate protruded from outer circumferential portion of fixed scroll end plate, fastened to the center housing, and forming orbiting space of orbiting scroll. Outer circumferential portion of the center housing may be formed with an inflow hole for communicating with the suction chamber. Distal end surface of the fixed scroll side plate is formed with a suction port for guiding the refrigerant of the inflow hole to the compression chamber.

A valve assembly forms a check valve for a scroll compressor including a fixed scroll having a pair of injection ports fluidly coupled to a compression mechanism. The valve assembly includes a valve body having a pair of flow paths with each of the flow paths fluidly coupled to a corresponding one of the injection ports. An injection plate has a pair of injection holes. A reed structure is disposed between the injection plate and the valve body with the reed structure including a pair of reeds. Each of the reeds is configured to selectively provide fluid communication between a corresponding one of the injection holes and a corresponding one of the injection ports. A valve gasket is disposed between the reed structure and the valve body and includes a pair of flaps with each of the flaps configured to selectively contact a corresponding one of the reeds.

Disclosed herein is an electric compressor having an electrical connection unit. The electric compressor may include: a compression unit configured to compress working fluid; an electrically-driven unit configured to drive the compression unit, and including a stator fixed in an inner surface of a housing, and a rotor rotatably disposed inside the stator; the housing including a partition provided to define a space in which the electrically-driven unit is received; a plurality of electrical connection pins connected electrically to the electrically-driven unit, and disposed through the partition in a longitudinal direction of the housing; and a controller disposed on a rear surface of the partition.

Disclosed herein is a compressor including a motor configured to generate a driving force, a compression mechanism driven by the motor to compress a refrigerant, an inverter configured to control the motor, a connector configured to electrically connect the motor and the inverter, and a sealing member configured to seal a motor terminal of the motor that is electrically connected to the connector. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent an electric leakage from occurring in the terminal of the motor by blocking introduction of a refrigerant into the motor terminal. It is possible to prevent separation of the connector and the coil from the motor terminal.
