A color conversion panel and a display device are provided to include: substrate; a transparent filter layer and a plurality of first partitioning wall layers that are on the substrate; a first refractive layer that is on the transparent filter layer and the plurality of first partitioning wall layers; a plurality of second partitioning wall layers that are on the first refractive layer, and overlap the plurality of first partitioning wall layers; and a plurality of color conversion layers that are on the first refractive layer, and in a region defined by the plurality of first partitioning wall layers and the plurality of second partitioning wall layers.

Color conversion panel and display device including the same

A display device includes: a substrate, where a first pixel area, a second pixel area, and a third pixel area which are defined on the substrate; and a plurality of light blocking members disposed on the substrate between the pixel areas. The light blocking members include a plurality of first light blocking members continuously extends along a first direction between the first, second and third pixel areas, and a second light blocking member disposed along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, the second light blocking member is disposed between neighboring third pixel areas which neighbor each other in the first direction, and a width of the first light blocking member and a width of the second light blocking member are substantially the same as each other.

A color conversion panel including: a first substrate; light blocking members disposed on the first substrate while being separated from each other; a first color conversion layer, a second color conversion layer, and a transmissive layer that are respectively disposed between the light blocking members; and a capping layer disposed on the first color conversion layer, the second color conversion layer, and the transmissive layer. The capping layer is a multi-layer structure containing SiON having different compositions.

A color conversion substrate includes: a base part in which a first light-transmitting area and a second light-transmitting area are defined; a first stack disposed on the base part and a second stack disposed on the first stack; a first wavelength conversion pattern overlapping the second light-transmitting area, and disposed on the second stack, where the first wavelength conversion pattern converts light of a first color into light of a second color; and a light-transmitting pattern overlapping the first light-transmitting area and disposed between the first stack and the second stack, where portions of the first stack and the second stack in the second light-transmitting area are in direct contact with each other to constitute a blue light reflective layer.

Color conversion substrate, method of manufacturing color conversion substrate, and display device

A display device is provided. A display device including a plurality of light-output areas through which incident light is emitted and a light-blocking area which blocks the incident light, the display device includes a substrate, a bank layer which is disposed in the light-blocking area on the substrate and defines a plurality of openings, each of which is disposed in one of the plurality of light-output areas, and a color control pattern disposed in the opening of the bank layer, wherein the bank layer includes a first bank area which has a first thickness and defines the plurality of openings and a second bank area which is disposed between the plurality of openings and has a second thickness smaller than the first thickness.

A display device includes a first display substrate including a light emitting element which emits light of a first color or light of a second color different from the first color, a second display substrate including in order toward the first display substrate, a layer including both a bank layer defining an opening and a wavelength control pattern in the opening, a capping layer covering the wavelength control pattern and the bank layer, and a color absorbing layer which corresponds to the bank layer and blocks the light of the first color and the light of the second color. The capping layer includes a first area corresponding to the color absorbing layer, the bank layer includes a second area corresponding to the color absorbing layer, and the first area of the capping layer is between the color absorbing layer and the second area of the bank layer.

A color conversion panel includes light blocking members spaced apart from each other on a substrate; and a first color conversion layer, a second color conversion layer, and a transmission layer respectively disposed between the light blocking members, wherein the transmission layer includes first quantum dots, and the first quantum dots convert incident light into light having a wavelength in a range of about 480 nm to about 530 nm.

A display device includes a first substrate including a first emission area emitting light of a first color, a second emission area emitting light of a second color having a peak wavelength shorter than a peak wavelength of light of the first color, and a light blocking area which blocks light; a color filter layer disposed on a surface of the first substrate; and a wavelength control layer disposed on the color filter layer and including a bank layer and a wavelength control structure. The bank layer is disposed in the light blocking area on the color filter layer. The wavelength control structure is disposed in a first opening and the second opening of the bank layer. A display device includes a pixel; and a first color conversion region, a second color conversion region, and a third color conversion region respectively overlapping a first color pixel, a second color pixel, and a third color pixel and spaced from each other. Display device with opening in light-blocking member and method for repairing the same

A display device that includes a plurality of pixels arranged in a row direction and a column direction crossing the row direction. The display device includes a first substrate including light-emitting elements each disposed in the respective pixels. A second substrate faces the first substrate. A plurality of optical patterns are disposed on the second substrate in pixel columns, respectively, and extend along the column direction. Light-blocking patterns are disposed on the second substrate. The light-blocking patterns include a main light-blocking pattern extending along pixel column boundaries and fill spaces between adjacent optical patterns, and a subsidiary light-blocking pattern disposed on the optical patterns at pixel row boundaries and having a thickness smaller than a thickness of the main light-blocking pattern.

A display device includes: a substrate including an alignment area in a non-display area, and a display area including a plurality of material layers on the substrate; in the alignment area, a plurality of keys including a first alignment key and a second alignment key. Each alignment key includes a light blocking pattern, a layer pattern and a display pattern.
