Disclosed is a display device for increasing an aperture ratio of a transmissive part. The display device includes data lines overlapping with one or more of the pixels emitting light to display an image. Each pixel includes subpixels arranged within the pixel along a same direction as the data lines. The display device further includes transmissive parts arranged in the first direction and corresponding to adjacent pixels. In addition to the data lines overlapping the pixels, the display device may include power lines and reference voltage lines parallel with the data lines and overlapping with the pixels. The display device may include scan lines and sensing lines arranged to cross the transmissive parts and data lines. As a result, the number of lines crossing the transmissive parts is reduced, thereby increasing an aperture ratio of the transmissive parts.

Display device

Disclosed is an organic light emitting display device which includes an auxiliary line connected to a first power line and an auxiliary electrode connected to a second power line, thereby lowering a line resistance of each of the first and second power lines. The organic light emitting display device includes a substrate, a thin film transistor (TFT) disposed on the substrate, a first power line disposed in a first layer including the source electrode and the drain electrode of the TFT, a second power line disposed over the first layer, an auxiliary line disposed in a second layer including the second power line, an anode electrode disposed on the second power line and the auxiliary line and electrically connected to the drain electrode, an organic layer disposed on the anode electrode, and a cathode electrode covering the organic layer and electrically connected to the second power line.

Organic light emitting display device

Provided are a light emitting device, a light emitting device package and a lighting system including the same. The light emitting device (LED) comprises a substrate, a 5 second conductive type semiconductor layer, an active layer, a first conductive type semiconductor layer and a first electrode. The vertical distances between the first conductive type semiconductor layer and the second conductive type semiconductor layer are varied.

Light emitting device, light emitting device package and lighting system including the same

A light emitting device may be provided that includes a conductive support member, a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer, an insulation layer between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer, and a light emitting structure that includes a second semiconductor layer on the second conductive layer, a first semiconductor layer, and an active layer between the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer. The first conductive layer may include at least one conductive via that passes through the second conductive layer, the second semiconductor layer and the active layer. A top surface of the at least one conductive via is provided into the first semiconductor layer. The insulation layer may substantially surround a side wall of the conductive via.

Light emitting device

A light emitting device (LED) and Package of the same are provided. The LED comprises a first conductivity type semiconductor layer, an active layer, a second conductivity type semiconductor layer, a first dielectric layer, and a first electrode layer. The first conductivity type semiconductor layer, the active layer, and the second conductivity type semiconductor layer are on a substrate. The first dielectric layer covers the edges of the second conductivity type semiconductor layer and the active layer. The first electrode layer covers the edge of the first conductivity type semiconductor layer.

A light emitting device may be provided that includes a conductive support member, a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer, an insulation layer between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer, and a light emitting structure that includes a second semiconductor layer on the second conductive layer, a first semiconductor layer, and an active layer between the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer. The first conductive layer may include at least one conductive via that passes through the second conductive layer, the second semiconductor layer and the active layer. A top surface of the at least one conductive via is provided into the first semiconductor layer. The insulation layer may substantially surround a side wall of the conductive via. The first surface of the first semiconductor layer may include a first surface area, a second surface area and a recess having a bottom surface. The recess may be aligned with the bottom surface of the first conductive layer, and the first surface of the first conductive layer may be aligned with the first area of the first surface of the first semiconductor layer. The first surface of the first semiconductor layer and the recess may have a surface roughness.

The light emitting device comprises a light emitting structure comprising a first conductive type semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second conductive type semiconductor layer, and an anti-reflection region on a lateral surface of the light emitting structure.

A backlight unit includes a bottom cover; a light emitting module on the bottom cover and including a substrate and a plurality of light emitting devices, each light emitting device including a light emitting structure having a first conductive semiconductor layer, an active layer and a second conductive semiconductor layer; and a light guide member on the light emitting module and including at least one insertion cavity into which at least one of the plurality of light emitting devices is inserted, wherein the at least one insertion cavity is opened only on one side.
