A display device has a display area with a first area in which a fingerprint is recognized and a second area in which a fingerprint is not recognized, and a non-display area. A fingerprint sensing unit is disposed to overlap with the first area. A first pixel set is disposed to overlap with the first area, and a second pixel set is disposed to overlap with the second area, each set including a plurality of pixels. A first voltage signal is provided to the first pixel set as a variable frequency signal, and includes a first period during which the first voltage signal is a first frequency signal, a second period during which the first voltage signal is a second frequency signal having a lower frequency than the first frequency signal, and a third period during which the first voltage signal is the first frequency signal.

An organic light emitting display device includes a display part including a plurality of scan lines, a plurality of data lines, a plurality of power source lines, and a plurality of pixels each including an organic light emitting diode, a driving transistor coupled to the organic light emitting diode and to a power source line of the power source lines, and a switching transistor coupled to a scan line of the scan lines and to a data line of the data lines, and a sensing driver configured to sample a sensing current from the power source line while a sensing data voltage is applied to one of the pixels, and to calculate a threshold voltage value of the driving transistor using the sensing current in a sensing mode.

Organic light emitting display device and method of driving the same

A touch driving circuit includes: a first sensing driver including a first sensing capacitor connected to a first touch electrode; a second sensing driver including a second sensing capacitor connected to a second touch electrode; and a touch sensing unit connected to the first and second sensing drivers to sense a voltage charged in each of the first and second sensing capacitors. A charging time point of the first sensing capacitor is different from a charging time point of the second sensing capacitor, and a discharging time point of the first sensing capacitor is different from a discharging time point of the second sensing capacitor.

A display device includes data lines, scan lines, and pixels. Each of the pixels includes an organic light emitting diode, a first transistor (OLED), and a second transistor. The first transistor is electrically connected to an anode of the OLED. The second transistor is electrically connected to the first transistor, a scan line among the scan lines, and a data line among the data lines. The second transistors of the pixels may receive instances of a reference voltage from the data lines during a first period of a frame. The second transistors of the pixels may simultaneously receive instances of a turn-on scan signal from the scan lines during the first period of the frame. Cathodes of the OLEDs of the pixels may receive instances of a turn-off voltage for the OLEDs to turn off during the first period of the frame.
