The present invention relates to an attachment screed unit for a road paver, comprising a connecting screed, at least one adjusting screed which is adjustably mounted on the connecting screed and which is adjustable between a retracted position (P) and an extended position (P), as a result of which the paving width (b) of the attachment screed unit can be set in a variable manner, and a hydraulic adjusting device, which is arranged in such a manner that it can adjust the at least one adjusting screed between the retracted position (P) and the extended position (P), the adjusting device comprising an electro-hydraulic unit which is arranged on the attachment screed unit (), and the electric hydraulic unit comprising a separate hydraulic circuit with at least one hydraulic pump and an actuator. The present invention further relates to a road paver with such an attachment screed unit.

There are described a height adjusting device for an extendable screed plate for a road finisher and a road finisher comprising such a device. A ground element of the extendable screed plate is disposed with two pairs of worm gears on a top part of the extendable screed plate for vertical displacement thereon, wherein the worm gears of each pair are interconnected by a power transmission for concomitant actuation. Each pair is provided with a releasable clutch, preferably a conical clutch, by means of which the connection between an adjusting member of a pair and the associated transmission gear can be broken.

The present invention relates to a vibration exciter for generating a directed excitation vibration, especially for installation in a vibration tamper, and a machine with such a vibration exciter, comprising at least two parallel extending unbalance shafts which are rotatable against one another, on which at least one respective fixed unbalance mass and at least one respective movable unbalance mass are arranged, with the positions of the movable unbalance masses on the unbalance shafts being variable by way of an adjusting device for adjusting the amplitude of the exciter vibration, and with the adjusting device comprising a central adjusting element for amplitude adjustment which acts on the movable unbalance masses of the two unbalance shafts, which central adjusting element is arranged coaxially to a rotational axis (A) about which the vibration exciter is rotatable for the purpose of vector adjustment of the excitation vibration.

An apparatus is provided for the articulated connection of two vehicle frames, a front and a rear frame, of a construction machine, especially a vibration roller. The apparatus comprises a pivot joint with a vertical pivot axis and a crab-steering joint with a vertical rotational axis, a connection support which connects the pivot joint and the crab-steering joint with one another, and a connecting rod which is linked on one side to the vehicle frame and on the other side to the connection support. The apparatus further comprises a steering drive for relative pivoting of the front and rear frame about the pivot axis, and a crab-steering drive for setting a lateral offset between the front and the rear frame.

Apparatus for the articulated connection of two vehicle frames of a construction machine

A road roller is described comprising a front carriage and a rear carriage, which are interconnected by an articulated swivel joint, wherein the front carriage and the rear carriage each comprise a front carriage frame and a rear carriage frame. The front carriage frame and/or the rear carriage frame consist of beams including a main beam, which extends horizontally along the longitudinal median plane of the road roller and at one end of which the articulated swivel joint is disposed, and comprises two side beams diverging from the free end of the main beam to form a 'V'. Disposed thereon are the supports for supporting the drums, wherein the side beams are upwardly oriented.

A vibration exciter is provided. The vibration exciter includes a shaft and at least two unbalanced weights arranged on the shaft, in which the radial distance of the common center of gravity of the unbalanced weights from the rotational axis of the shaft is adjustable in an infinitely variable way by means of a gear. The vibration exciter comprises a gear which is a spatial coupling gear, e.g. a spatial vibration slider gear. A simple and compact configuration of the vibration exciter is thus proposed, in which the required adjusting forces for changing the imbalance are very low.

Infinitely variable vibration exciter

A road building machine for road surface paving is provided. The machine comprises an automotive travelling mechanism with a steerable front axle of the undercarriage comprising at least one support wheel and two rear support wheels, a working device which is mounted in or on the machine frame and is approximately flush with said machine frame on one side, which is the so-called null side, a swivel unit having an articulation area formed by the machine frame and a swivel arm which carries the rear support wheel on the null side at its one end and is pivotably linked at its other end to the articulation area of the machine frame, with the swivel unit being arranged in the manner that it can be pivoted between an 'outwardly pivoted position' in which the rear wheel which is on the null side is pivoted outwardly to an outer end position parallel to the longitudinal direction of the machine frame and an 'inwardly pivoted position' in which the rear support wheel which is on the null side is inwardly pivoted to an inward end position which is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the machine frame, and a pivot gear which controls the adjustment of the swivel unit between the &#x201c;outwardly pivoted position&#x201d; and the &#x201c;inwardly pivoted position&#x201d; around a swivel axis.
