The invention relates to a method for producing containers () from preforms () made of thermoplastic material by means of a blow molding machine () comprising at least one temperature control device () and one forming device having at least two forming stations (), wherein the preforms () are temperature controlled by means of the temperature control device () on the basis of specifiable first control parameters, and wherein one temperature-controlled preform () is formed by means of one of the forming stations (), respectively, on the basis of specifiable second control parameters into a container (), wherein at least one of the second control parameters is individually specified for each of the forming stations (). The invention furthermore relates to a blow molding machine (), designed for executing the method according to the invention, for producing containers () from preforms () made of thermoplastic material.

Method and device for producing containers from thermoplastic material

A method for tempering preforms in a blowing machine, wherein at least one heating box is arranged along a transport path for the preforms. The heating box has reflective walls and forms a heating channel through which the preforms are guided. The heating box also has a heater for heating the preforms in the heating channel, and a cooling device, having a blower, for cooling the reflective walls. The walls are cooled by a quantity of air flowing along the walls outside the heating channel. The heating output of the heater is adjustable. A control device provides open-loop and closed-loop control of the cooling output produced by the cooling device, in particular the supplied quantity of air, depending on the respective heating output of the heater, depending on a measurement of the heating output.

Method and device for tempering preforms

The invention relates to a method and a device for blow-molding containers. Following a thermal conditioning process, a parison is stretched by a horizontal bar inside a blow station provided with a blow mold, and is molded into a container by the effect of the blowing pressure. In order to carry out the blow-molding, pressurized gas is introduced into the container. The horizontal rod is hollow at least in parts. Once a maximum blowing pressure has been reached in the blow station and at the earliest at the beginning of a pressure drop, a cooling gas is guided out of the horizontal bar towards the bottom of the blown container.
