The present invention relates to aqueous capsule suspension concentrates based on 2-[(2,4 -dichlorophenyl)methyl]-4,4'-dimethyl-3-isoxazolidinone, to the production thereof and to mixtures thereof with suspension concentrates, and to the use thereof as an agrochemical formulation.

The present invention relates to a composition comprising 10 to less than 50 wt.-% of at least one oligomeric polyisocyanate a-1) based on hexamethylene diisocyanate and more than 50 to 90 wt.-% of at least one polyisocyanate a-2) based on isophorone diisocyanate, comprising monomeric isophorone diisocyanate and at least one oligomeric isophorone diisocyanate, and an isocyanate-reactive component selected from the group consisting of polyester polyol, polyether polyol and mixtures thereof. It has been shown that the above mentioned mixture of the specific isocyanate group containing components improves the thermal and mechanical properties of a cured composition. Thus prepared molded articles are particularly suitable for the preparation of spectacle lenses, inter alia due to these properties.

The present invention relates to a process for producing a dielectric polyurethane film, in which at least the following steps are performed continuously: I) a mixture comprising: a) a compound containing isocyanate groups and having a content of isocyanate groups of &#x3e;10% by weight and &#x2266;50% by weight, b) a compound containing isocyanate-reactive groups and having an OH number of &#x2267;20 and &#x2266;150, at least one solvent having a vapor pressure at 20&#xb0; C. of &#x3e;0.1 mbar and &#x3c;200 mbar, at least one wetting additive, is produced, where the sum of the number-average functionalities of isocyanate groups and of isocyanate-reactive groups in the compounds a) and b) is &#x2267;2.6 and &#x2266;6, II) immediately after production thereof, the mixture is applied to a carrier in the form of a wet film, III) the wet film is cured to form the polyurethane film and IV) the polyurethane film is separated from the carrier. The invention further provides a dielectric polyurethane film obtainable by the process according to the invention, a process for producing an electromechanical transducer, and an electromechanical transducer obtainable by this process.

High-melting diamines from the series of 1,5-naphthalenediamine, tetralindiamine, 1,4-phenylenediamine, durenediamine, and o-tolidinediamine are used as diamines. Polyurethane prepolymers are described which are prepared from 2,4'-diiso-cyanate diphenylmethane (2,4&#x2032;-MDI), a polyol component and an aliphatic diisocyanate. These prepolymers can be cured with aliphatic, cycloaliphatic and/or aromatic amines to form a cured urethane elastomer. In comparison to cured urethane elastomers based on monomeric 2,4&#x2032;-MDI, these prepolymers provide elastomers with extended pour life, i.e. they exhibit a slower rate of viscosity buildup after curative and prepolymer are mixed which results in a reduced propensity to crack during the curing process and gives the opportunity to cast larger parts. In comparison to polyurea/urethanes prepared from cured TDI-prepolymers and which optionally include H12-MDI, the prepolymers of the invention have better health and safety aspects.
