This disclosure relates to a control valve for a hydraulic camshaft phaser. The control valve includes a screw body having a cavity, a plurality of connections opening into the cavity, and a sleeve-shaped hydraulic guide element firmly inserted radially inside the cavity. At least part of the hydraulic guide element consists of plastic. The hydraulic guide element includes a plurality of pressure medium channels which open into its radial interior, each of which is connected to at least one of the connections. A control piston is displaceably accommodated in the hydraulic guide element, and, depending on the position of the control piston, connects the connections to each other. A sealing contour provided on a radial outer side of the hydraulic guide element contacts the screw body, sealing the pressure medium channels with respect to each other and/or with respect to axial ends of the hydraulic guide element.

The invention relates to a camshaft adjustment device for changing an angular position of a camshaft relative to a crankshaft of an internal combustion engine. The device comprising an actuator, the actuator having a housing flange, fastening means to lock the housing flange to a housing. A latching section is formed on the housing, and a locking section, which comes to bear axially on the latching section, is formed on the housing flange. The fastening means comprises at least two fastening clips for connecting the housing to the housing flange in a frictional and interlocking manner. Each fastening clip has a first leg with a first latching contour and a second leg with a second latching contour. The first latching contour bears against a latching groove in the latching section, and the second latching contour bears against a latching groove in the locking section.

Camshaft adjustment device for an internal combustion engine

The invention relates to a compensating coupling comprising a coupling element arranged between a first machine element and a second machine element as a torque-transmitting component. The coupling element has an annular body and on each of the end faces of which a coupling section for torque-transmitting interaction with one of the machine parts is formed, wherein each coupling section has two coupling surfaces parallel to each other. All coupling surfaces of both coupling sections are parallel to each other, and at least one of the coupling sections is designed as a pair of lugs.

Compensating coupling

An electromagnetic control device (), having a housing (), which has a plastic overmolding () and a unit for fastening to a component () that holds the electromagnetic control device (fastening unit ()). A connection is provided between the electromagnetic control device and the holding component. This is achieved in that the fastening unit () has at least one locking clip () and one housing-side locking-clip holder (), and the locking clip () has two legs (), a connection section (), and a locking section () on at least one leg (). The locking section () is designed to interact with a locking contour () of the component () that holds the electromagnetic control device ().

Electromagnetic control device

A central valve for a camshaft adjuster, and to an internal combustion engine, which includes a camshaft, a camshaft-adjusting device, and a central valve. The central valve includes a shaped part as a valve housing (), including a control piston () guided coaxially within the valve housing () in such a way that the control piston can move axially and including a stop, which limits the mobility of the control piston in an axial direction (piston stop). The piston stop is a piston stop washer (), wherein the piston stop washer and the valve housing () are joined.

Central valve for a camshaft adjustment device

A control valve () for a camshaft adjustment device, and to an internal combustion engine having a camshaft adjustment device and a control valve () is provided. The control valve () includes a valve housing () and a pressure medium guiding insert () arranged coaxially in a recess of the valve housing (). A discharge passage () of the pressure medium guiding insert () transitions into a discharge duct () running in the axial direction, wherein the discharge connection T can be connected to the control connections A, B and wherein the discharge connection T is arranged in a region between the second end (), which is opposite the first end (), and the control connections A, B.

Control valve having an outflow channel

A electromagnetic actuating device for a valve, having an armature arranged in a hollow cylindrical armature chamber axially displaceable between two axial stops, wherein the armature chamber is delimited by a magnet yoke. An electrical coil extends coaxially around the armature, and the magnet yoke is at least partially arranged in a housing. The armature has a cylindrical geometry with a base remote from the housing and with a hollow cylindrical end section situated axially opposite. The base is remote from the housing and connected to an actuating plunger. A guide sleeve is mounted axially onto the hollow cylindrical end section of the armature, and on that end of the guide sleeve which is remote from the actuating plunger, there is arranged or formed an adhesion prevention device which prevents or at least greatly impedes axial adhesion of the armature to the magnet yoke. The guide sleeve makes it possible to realize a reduction in width of the parasitic air gap between the armature and the magnet yoke in order to increase the actuating forces of the actuating device with simultaneously reduced number of components.

Electromagnetic actuating device

An electromagnetic switching device () and a method for producing the electromagnetic switching device () are disclosed. To this end, a magnetic armature () and a pressure pin () which is movable in a bearing () along an axis (A) are provided. A bearing sleeve () accommodates at least the bearing () and the magnetic armature (). An electromagnetic casing () and the bearing sleeve () are together made of a single material in the form of a one-piece component ().

Electromagnetic switching device

An arrangement of an electromagnet () for controlling a central valve () is provided. A thrust pin () is coupled to the electromagnet () and can be moved along a first axis (A) in such a way that a control piston () of the central valve () can be displaced along a second axis (B) in a central valve housing () by the movable thrust pin (). The first axis (A) of the thrust pin () extends parallel to and at a radial spacing () relative to the second axis (B) of the control piston ().

Arrangement of an electromagnet for controlling a central valve

A sliding cam actuator for a sliding cam system, including a housing defining a housing interior, and at least one coil former having a winding for generating a magnetic force when current flows, further including a moving pin or control pin extendable out of the housing by the magnetic force or a spring force and designed to dip into a displacement groove of a sliding can. A sealing element sealing off the interior of the housing from the outside is arranged between a component fixed to the housing and a component fixed to the moving pin. A sliding cam system including at least one camshaft, on which at least one sliding cam having a displacement groove is arranged such that the sliding cam can be displaced but is fixed against rotation, and into which sliding cam a moving pin of a sliding cam engages is provided.

An actuator () including at least one electromagnet (, a magnet housing (), at least one thrust pin () and at least one movable armature () with a respective plunger () that is movable in an axial direction is provided. When the at least one electromagnet () is energized, an axial movement of the at least one armature () can be transmitted via the at least one plunger () to the at least one thrust pin (). At least one lever () is provided which is pivotably mounted on one side in the magnet housing () and with which at least one plunger () and the at least one thrust pin () are operatively connected such that the axial movement of the at least one plunger () can be transmitted to the at least one thrust pin ().

Actuator with transmission element

A coil () for a solenoid valve () in particular for actuating a camshaft adjuster, including a coil carrier () with an underside, a pot () with a base on which the underside of the coil carrier () is placed and with a wall which forms an intermediate space () with respect to the coil carrier (), and a yoke disk () which is placed on the pot () with coil carrier () and which covers the intermediate space (), wherein the intermediate space () is open via a flow gap () between the yoke disk () and the coil carrier () and/or between the yoke disk () and the pot () and is provided for receiving a filler (). The flow gap () is formed for the hardening of the filler ().

Coil and solenoid valve

A control valve for a hydraulic device, in particular central valve of a camshaft adjuster system for reciprocating-piston internal combustion engines, having a valve sleeve () which projects into a cavity of a camshaft (), wherein a displaceable control piston () is arranged in the valve sleeve (), which control piston is subjected to load on one side by a spring () which is adjoined by a pressure medium line. The cavity of the camshaft () is connected to a pressure medium supply channel of the reciprocating-piston internal combustion engine via at least one supply line () in the camshaft () and via a bearing, and the pressure medium line is in the form of a pressure medium feed line and the pressure medium feed line is connected to the pressure medium supply channel of the reciprocating-piston internal combustion engine via a pressure line () in the camshaft () and via the bearing.

Control valve for a camshaft adjuster system

A pressure accumulator for a camshaft phaser of an internal combustion engine, including a housing that accommodates a piston and forms a cavity fillable with a hydraulic fluid. The cavity is configured as a hole and is closed by a cover on at least one side so as to be fluid-tight, whereby the cover is fastened to the housing by a flanged connection. A method for the production of a pressure accumulator for a camshaft phaser, including a pressure accumulator that forms a cavity, whereby a piston is placed into the cavity, and subsequently, a cover is put in place over the cavity&#x2014;sealing it off towards the outside&#x2014;in such a way that a material portion of the housing or of the cover creates such a positive connection between the cover and the housing that the cover is affixed in its position relative to the housing.

A control device for hydraulic media with a control valve, in particular, a proportional valve that has a sleeve housing provided with radial openings, wherein at least one pressurized flow feed line, at least one control line, and at least one return line are connected to the openings, and the opening for the pressurized flow feed line is connected to a ring-shaped groove, with a control slide that has control edges and is supported in the sleeve housing so that it can move in the axial direction and is actuated by an electromagnetically constructed control unit, advantageously for controlling a phase adjustment device for the variable adjustment of the control times of gas exchange valves of a reciprocating piston internal combustion engine. A non-return valve is installed in the pressurized flow feed line or in the ring-shaped groove that is arranged in the sleeve housing.
