The present invention relates to a spectrometer for spectral analysis of electromagnetic radiation. The spectrometer comprises an entry slit for entry of the electromagnetic radiation to be analysed and an imaging grating for diffraction of the electromagnetic radiation which has entered. The spectrometer additionally comprises a detector extending at least in one direction to detect the diffracted electromagnetic radiation, and also a support plate in which the entry slit is located. The spectrometer further comprises a housing which is mounted on the support plate, covers the detector and the entry slit and supports the imaging grating. According to the invention the spectrometer further comprises at least three floating bearings for floating mounting of the housing on the support plate, the floating bearings each enabling a displacement between the housing and the support plate on a directional axis and being distributed about a central axis of the housing.

A method for producing an optical element includes a) providing a first shell which is transparent in the predetermined wavelength range, b) applying a coating which is optically effective for the predetermined wavelength range onto the structured portion, c) providing a second shell which is transparent in the predetermined wavelength range, which shell has an integral embodiment and a smooth lower side which has a complementary form to the form of the upper side, d) applying an adhesive layer which is transparent in the predetermined wavelength range onto the upper side of the first shell and/or the lower side of the second shell, and e) connecting the upper side of the first shell with the lower side of the second shell by means of the adhesive layer such that a two-shell optical element is produced, in which the optically effective structure is buried.

Optical element

A method for producing an optical element includes providing a first partial body which is transparent for the predetermined wavelength range and including on its upper side a structured section, applying a coating which is optically effective for the predetermined wavelength range onto the structured section in order to form the optically effective structure, and applying a cover layer which is transparent for the predetermined wavelength range onto the upper side of the first partial body by means of casting of thermoplastic material and/or duroplastic material.

Method for producing an optical element

A long-range optical device has at least one optical channel which comprises a housing and an arrangement of optical elements. At least one of the optical elements is movable relative to the housing for image stabilization in the event of perturbing movements of the housing. The device further comprises a stabilization system for the at least one movable optical element, which has an eddy current damper for damping movements of the at least one movable element. The stabilization system, in the event of a displacement of the at least one movable optical element, generates a restoring force proportional to the displacement velocity of the at least one movable optical element. The eddy current damper comprises a magnet system and an eddy current carrier interacting therewith. The restoring force generated by the eddy current damper is dependent on the amplitude of the displacement of the at least one movable optical element.

A spectrometer including an entrance slit and the production of the entrance slit. The spectrometer includes a housing, an entrance slit, and an imaging diffraction grating inside the housing for splitting and imaging the light onto an optoelectric detector. The detector is arranged inside the housing. The housing and the base plate are connected to each other by mutually cooperating positioning members. The entrance slit, the positioning members of the base plate and the holding members for receiving and mounting the detecting device are integral parts of the base plate and are produced from the base plate in a precise manner, in a suitable form and in defined mutual positions by, for example, laser cutting or liquid jet cutting. The positioning members of the base plate and/or the holding members for the detecting device can be provided as resilient elements.

Adjustable pinhole, particularly for the illumination beam path and/or detection beam path of a laser scanning microscope, wherein the pinhole is defined by foil edges which are adjustable relative to one another, and at least two foils, each with at least one straight edge, are advantageously arranged relative to one another and/or connected to one another in such a way that their edges describe an L-shape and the L-shaped connection pieces are arranged on one another in such a way that they define a rhombic or square light passage and they are moved relative to one another for adjusting the pinhole.

The invention relates to a light-mixing rod for homogenizing a light bundle, preferably for use in projection devices, wherein the intensity centroid of the light bundle moves in a longitudinal direction between a light inlet surface and a light outlet surface, and reflecting surfaces are present in the light-mixing rod, the surface normals of said reflecting surfaces being perpendicular or inclined relative to said longitudinal direction, with partial beams being reflected by said reflecting surfaces so as to guide the light bundle. Light emitting diodes having a direction of action oriented toward the interior space and having a defined radiation characteristic are provided in the lateral surfaces of the light-mixing rod and/or in the light inlet surface for the purpose of forming the light bundle.
