Embodiments are described herein for systems and methods for authenticating tokenized and/or dynamic physical checks, and authorizing transfers of funds in response to the authentication. In particular, in certain embodiments, a method includes identifying, using at least one processor, a dynamic authentication code of a physical check. The method also includes automatically authenticating, using the at least one processor, the physical check based at least in part on the identified dynamic authentication code. The method further includes automatically authorizing, using the at least one processor, a transfer of funds in response to the authentication of the physical check.

Systems and methods for using tokenized and dynamic physical checks

A damage assessment system includes one or more processors and memory storing instructions executable by the one or more processors to cause the one or more processors to receive IOT data from one or more IOT devices at a property. The instructions are executable by the one or more processors to cause the one or more processors to analyze the IOT data to identify missing data that is expected to be received from the one or more IOT devices at the property, generate constructed data to remedy the missing data based on the IOT data using machine learning algorithms, determine characteristics of damage present at the property based on the IOT data and the constructed data, and output a damage assessment report to indicate the characteristics of the damage present at the property.

Systems and methods described herein facilitate the tracking of events relating to property. For example, in certain embodiments, a system includes a property event detection device (e.g., smart home device, sensor device, and so forth) configured to detect activity (e.g., motion, light, sound, and so forth) proximate the property. The system also includes a property event tracking system configured to receive data (e.g., images, videos, facial recognition, movement recognition, object tracking, sound signatures, wireless data streams, and so forth) relating to the activity from the property event detection device, to determine whether the activity relates to a property event (e.g., home service, and so forth) for the property, and to store data relating to the property event in a distributed ledger (e.g., blockchain network) upon determination that the activity relates to the property event for the property.

The techniques provided herein may be used to reversibly anonymize data and to mitigate possible de-anonymization the data by third parties. Specifically, a reverse anonymity data sharing service is used to anonymize personal data by replacing confidential information found in the data with unique identifiers. A system and method for helping a user carrying a smart device to maintain safe distances from other persons during an epidemic or a pandemic. A portable smart device measures the approximate distance to persons in the vicinity of the user, and notifies the user whenever he or she is too close to other persons. The portable smart device may overlay augmented reality graphics (such as arcs, lines, text, numbers, or other graphics) over images captured by the smart device's camera, to indicate safe distances. The graphics serve to inform and/or warn the user that he or she may be getting too close to other persons.
