A coupling structure of a cable connector includes a first connection head and a second connection head. The first connection head includes a first joint part, multiple insertion terminals, and an external threaded portion disposed on the first joint part. The second connection head includes a second joint part, multiple insertion holes, a fastening sleeve, a socket formed between the fastening sleeve and the second joint part, a positioning ring receiving the fastening sleeve, a plurality of fastening elements arranged between the positioning ring and the fastening sleeve, and a quick-release fastening ring. The quick-release fastening ring rotatably presses on the fastening elements. An internal threaded portion of each fastening element is engaged with the external threaded portion. Therefore, the first connection head and the second connection head can be securely fastened to each other and can be quickly detached from each other.

Coupling structure of cable connector

An electric connector () includes a first connector seat () and a second connector seat (). The first connector seat () has plural cable clamps (), and each cable clamp () includes a pair of U-shaped rods (). Each pair of U-shaped rods () has a pocket (), two inner sides (), and two outer sides (). The two inner sides () have plural cable fixing slots (), and the cable fixing slots () have a slot width (h) tapered towards the first connector seat (). The second connector seat () has plural pins (), and each pin () is passed and coupled to each pocket ().

Electric connector

A connector structure () for a flexible light strip () includes a cable joint () and an insulation body (). The cable joint () includes a housing () and a plurality of conductive terminals () assembled in the housing (). Each of the conductive terminals () includes a piercing portion (). The insulation body () has a first end () and a second end () communicating with the first end (). The flexible light strip () is inserted into the first end (), and the housing () is inserted into the second end (). The piercing portion () is parallel to the flexible light strip () and correspondingly pierces the flexible light trip () to be electrically coupled to the same. Therefore, the connector structure () achieves fast assembly and improves efficiency and reliability for connection.

Connector structure for flexible light strip

An electrical-conductive assembly for a signal cable and a connecting line, includes a signal cable, a connecting line and an electrical-conductive means. The signal cable includes an outer insulation cover and a plurality of cores located in the outer insulation cover. The signal cable is continuous and provided with at least one electrical-conductive portion. A portion of the outer insulation cover on the electrical-conductive portion is removed to bare the cores. The connecting line has cores therein. One end of the connecting line is provided with a connecting portion. The cores of the connecting line are bare in the connecting portion. The electrical connection means electrically connects the cores of the connecting portion to the cores of the electrical-conductive portion.

Electrical-conductive assembly for signal cable and connecitng line

An electrical-conductive assembly for a signal cable. The signal cable includes an outer insulation cover and a plurality of cores inside the outer insulation cover. Each core has a protective sheath and an electric wire located in the protective sheath. The electrical-conductive assembly includes an electrical-conductive portion and an electrical-conductive portion member. The electrical-conductive portion is provided on a section of the signal cable with a portion of the outer insulation cover removed. Each core inside the electrical-conductive portion is formed with a naked lead section by removing a portion of the protective sheath. The electrical-conductive member is assembled with the electrical-conductive portion and includes at least one electrical-conductive covering piece electrically connected to the naked lead section and at least one electrical-conductive post extending from the electrical-conductive covering piece.

Electrical-conductive assembly for signal cable

A LED module with fast disassembly function is capable of being disassembled from a hole of a substrate by a tool and includes a lamp base, a LED and fasteners. The lamp base has tabs extending outwards. Each of the tabs is provided with a through-hole corresponding to the hole. The tab is formed with an inclined surface at the periphery of the through-hole. The LED is fixed on the lamp base. Each of the fasteners has a cap. The fastener is disposed through the hole and the through-hole to be fixed thereto. A notch is formed between the cap and the inclined surface. The tool is disposed in the notch to thereby disassemble the fastener from the hole and the through-hole. With this arrangement, the damaged LED can be detached from the substrate rapidly without replacing the whole LED module, thereby reducing the time and cost for maintenance.
