A multi-diameter clamp for clamping on tires of different sizes is provided. The multi-diameter clamp comprises at least one clamping unit, at least one actuator, and at least one sensing unit. The at least one clamping unit further includes at least one movable member and a fixed member. Wherein the at least one movable member moves within a tire housing space having a starting position and a clamping position. The tire housing space locates between the movable member and the fixed member for clamping on a tire. The at least one actuator connects to the at least one movable member, and enables the at least one moveable member to move between the starting position and the clamping position. The at least a sensing unit obtains a diameter size of the tire, and based on the diameter size, actuates the at least one actuator corresponding to the diameter size.

A video indexing method, a video indexing apparatus, and a computer readable medium are disclosed. The video indexing apparatus comprises a generation module, a calculation module and a construction module. The generation module generates a frame movement analysis graphics according to a plurality of analysis points corresponding to a plurality of video frames of a video record. The calculation module calculates a plurality of frame movement velocities corresponding to the video frames according to the frame movement analysis graphics. The construction module constructs an indexing graphics of the video record according to the frame movement velocities.

A stream condense unit coupled to a streaming server and a client player is provided. The stream condense unit includes a streaming data input unit, a stream content analysis unit, a frame timestamp adjust unit, and a streaming data output unit. An apparatus for providing a mobile streaming adaptor includes a processor configured to receive media content from a remote camera, process the received media content by capturing, encoding and encapsulating the media content at a mobile electronic device, connect to a remote streaming server through function of a mobile networked device; and stream the encapsulated media content to the mobile networked device for communication of the encapsulated content to the remote streaming server through an Internet Protocol (IP) network for real-time distribution to a communication device. Method, apparatus and computer program product for providing a mobile streaming adaptor

A method for audio and video control response and bandwidth adaptation based on network streaming applications is disclosed. A server delivers a received control command to a stream controller while a player empties the expired streaming data stored in a buffer thereof. The stream controller controls the input source of a video/audio capturer. The receiver buffer estimator of the receiver estimates whether the amount of the streaming data stored in the buffer is within a safe range and delivers the estimation result and bandwidth variation information to a stream adaptor. If the amount of the stream data is less than a threshold value, the timestamp scalar is adjusted based on the estimation result and the bandwidth variation information, thereby adjusting the consumption rate of the streaming data in the buffer of the player for re-accumulating streaming data of the buffer.
