A mount base is disclosed, wherein the mount base is detachably set in a hole on a plate for mounting a support arm supporting at least one display, the mount base comprises a guide rod, a first clamping unit, and a second clamping unit, wherein the plate is adjustably clamped by the first clamping unit and the second clamping unit.

Mount base

A supporting stand for supporting a panel is provided. The supporting stand comprises a base, a first force module, a one-way bearing, a rotating element, and a second force module. The base includes a bottom board and a first connecting board. The first force module is disposed on the first connecting board and includes a mandrel. The one-way bearing includes a shaft hole for the mandrel disposed therethrough. The rotating element connects with the one-way bearing and the panel so that the panel is capable of rotating at the mandrel along a first rotating direction or a second rotating direction opposite to the first rotating direction. The second force module is disposed on the base and actuated together with the rotating element. When the panel and the rotating element rotate along the first rotating direction, the one-way bearing refrains the first force module from providing a first backward torque to the rotating element.

Supporting stand

A supporting stand for supporting a panel is provided. The supporting stand comprises a base, a one-way damper, a force module, and a rotating element. The one-way damper is disposed on the first connecting board. The force module is disposed on the base and including a mandrel. The rotating element is connected to the panel, the one-way damper, and the force module, and is actuated together with the one-way damper and the force module so that the panel is capable of rotating around the mandrel in a first rotating direction or a second rotating direction. When the rotating element rotates in the first rotating direction, the one-way damper provides a first backward torque to the rotating element; when the rotating element rotates in the second rotating direction, the one-way damper do not provide torque to the rotating element but the force module provides a second forward torque when the rotating element rotates in the second rotating direction.

A quick release pivot module is provided for connecting with a display and a supporting frame. The supporting frame includes a first joint, whereas the quick release pivot module includes a pivot structure and a quick release structure. A second joint and a first connector are pivotally assembled in the pivot structure, so that the first connector can pivot with respect to the second joint. The quick release structure has a first engaging portion and a second engaging portion connected with the first joint and the second joint, respectively. When the second engaging portion is engaged with the first engaging portion, the second joint of the quick release pivot module is fastened to and the first joint of the supporting frame. On the contrary, when the second engaging portion is disengaged with the first engaging portion, the second joint is adapted to being detachable from the first joint.

Quick release pivot module and supporting device

Disclosed is a supporting module for a display device, which includes a fixing seat, a pivot lever, a slider and a spring. The pivot lever and the slider constitute a screw transmission mechanism with a varied helix angle. The lifting and lowering of the display device can cause screw motion between the pivot lever and the slider and thus induces the linear movement of the slider according to the axial advance of the varied helix angle. Accordingly, the displacement of the slider causes different degrees of deformation in the spring, resulting in different spring resilience forces on the slider. By the screw transmission mechanism with the varied helix angle, different spring resilience forces can be further converted into different resistance torques to provide appropriate supporting force in coordination with the variation of the gravity torque of the display device.

Supporting module

Disclosed is a supporting module for a display device, which includes a fixing seat, a pivot lever, a slider and a spring. The pivot lever and the slider constitute a screw transmission mechanism. The pivot motion of the pivot lever can cause screw motion between the pivot lever and the slider and thus induces the linear movement of the slider with respect to the pivot lever. Accordingly, the displacement of the slider causes different degrees of deformation in the spring, resulting in different spring resilience forces on the slider. By the screw transmission mechanism, the different spring resilience forces can be further converted into different resistance torques to balance with the downward torque caused by the weight of the display device. As a result, the display device can stopped at any desired height.
