A gapless ferrite structure for circulator or isolator includes a first base having a first flange and a first limit slot surrounded by the first flange, a second base having a second flange and a second limit slot surrounded by the second flange, a ferrite with two ends accommodated in the first limit slot and the second limit slot respectively, two limit magnets installed on the first base and the second base respectively and configured to be corresponsive to the ferrite to generate an attraction force on the ferrite, and two sealing units configured between an end of the ferrite and the first limit slot and between the other end of the ferrite and the second limit slot respectively. In this way, a gapless structure can be formed on a signal transmission path in a circulator or isolator.

Gapless ferrite structure for circulator or isolator

A cross-coupling structure for dielectric cavity filters includes a base and a tuner. The base is communicated with plural resonant cavities, a side through hole and a blind hole, and has a first channel formed between two adjacent resonant cavities which are not used for producing cross-coupling, and a second channel the resonant cavities formed between two adjacent resonant cavities which are used for producing cross-coupling. The side through hole is penetrated through the base and communicated with the second channel. The blind hole is formed on a wall of the second channel and has an opening facing the side through hole. The tuner is entered into the second channel from the side through hole and extended into the blind hole and can be adjustably moved between the opening of the blind hole and the bottom of the blind hole to set a cross-coupling amount target value.

Cross-coupling structure for dielectric cavity filters

Provided is a low-leakage automatic adjustable diplexer including a body, a thin plate and two resonant regulators. The body has therein cuboid waveguide channels each having a feeding portion, a reception port portion, a transmission port portion, a fitting portion, a first filtering portion, a second filtering portion, first E/H conversion units connected to two ends of the first filtering portion, respectively, and second E/H conversion units connected to two ends of the second filtering portion, respectively. The thin plate is clamped inside the body. The resonant regulators each have a plurality of frequency disturbance elements adjustably protruding into the first and second filtering portions. Given the E/H conversion units and the frequency disturbance elements penetratingly disposed on the H-side sidewall of the cuboid waveguide cavity, it is unnecessary for the cuboid waveguide channels to undergo any processing process for forming therein any protrusion-style insulation walls, thereby attaining low leakage.

Low-leakage automatic adjustable diplexer

A zeroing structure applicable to an adjustable diplexer includes a substrate, holder, motor, lead screw, displacement plate, stop element and interference element. The holder is disposed on the substrate. The motor is disposed on the holder. The lead screw is rotatably disposed on the holder and connected to the motor, and thus rotation of the lead screw is driven by the motor. The displacement plate is movably disposed on the substrate and helically connected to the lead screw so as to undergo linear motion between a first position and a second position relative to the substrate when guided and driven by the motor. The stop element is disposed on the lead screw. The interference element is disposed on the displacement plate and at the position that allows the interference element to come into contact with the stop element when the displacement plate is at the first position. The zeroing structure enables the adjustable diplexer operable at an adjustable center frequency to perform mechanical zeroing and enables primary or auxiliary confirmation of zeroing detection. Furthermore, the zeroing structure is highly reliable and incurs low cost.

Zeroing structure applicable to adjustable diplexer

A novel miniaturized horizontal split-wave orthomode transducer includes a common channel portion, a first polarized channel portion and a second polarized channel portion, and the centers of the openings of the first polarized channel and the second polarized channel are coaxially and respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the common channel portion to save the bend and extended structure at the rear end of the horizontal split-wave orthomode transducer and also save the occupied space since there is no need to guide signals in one of the polarization directions to the rear and return the signals, so as to further achieve the effects of improving the flexibility of installing the transducer, providing a good isolation between electromagnetic signals in different polarization directions and preventing the interference occurred between the electromagnetic signals.

Miniaturized horizontal split-wave orthomode transducer

A non-contact frequency automatic tuning filter with an antileakage chamber includes a first casing with a first cavity formed at a first opening of the first casing, a moving part, and a second cavity. The second cavity has a second casing, a chamber formed in the second casing, and second and third openings penetrating through the second casing. The moving part is plugged from the third opening into the first cavity or from the third opening into a space between the third opening and the first cavity. The second opening proximate to the moving part constitutes a part of the chamber. The second casing has a spacing portion proximate to the moving part for separating the moving part and chamber. The first and second casings are not in contact with the moving part. The invention can prevent leakage of electromagnetic waves and unstable frequency shifting.

Non-contact frequency automatic tuning filter with antileakage chamber

Disclosed is an indirect transmission type automatic frequency modulation filter including a microwave body, a moving plate, a fastener, and a motor unit. The microwave body has plural openings. The moving plate includes a board, plural lugs and a first moving member, and the lugs and the first moving member form the board. The fastener includes a support base and a second moving member. The motor unit includes a rod and a driver, and the driver determines a clockwise rotation or a counterclockwise rotation and drives the rod to move the moving plate towards or away from the microwave body so as to insert the lugs into cavities to a desired depth and adjust a center frequency.

Indirect transmission type automatic frequency modulation filter

A filter capable of adjusting frequency and bandwidth for dynamically setting at least one of the filter center frequency and bandwidth includes a first movable member, a second movable member, an upper casing, a lower casing, multiple conductive clamping members, a cavity and a driving module. The first and second movable members have multiple first and second lugs formed on the first and second boards respectively. The upper and lower casings have multiple upper and lower openings corresponsive to the first lugs and the second lugs respectively. The conductive clamping members are corresponsive to the upper openings and the lower openings. The cavity has multiple chambers and multiple connecting portions. The driving module changes the position of the first movable member to determine the filter center frequency and the position of the second movable member to determine the bandwidth.

Filter capable of adjusting frequency and bandwidth

A tunable filter for dynamically setting a filter center frequency includes a movable member, an upper casing, a lower casing, conductive gaskets, a cavity and a driving unit. The movable member includes a board and lugs. The upper casing includes upper openings corresponsive to the lugs respectively. The lower casing includes lower openings corresponsive to the upper openings respectively. The conductive gaskets are disposed between the upper and lower casings. The cavity is combined with the lower casing and has chambers, and the conductive gaskets are corresponsive to the upper and lower openings respectively. The driving unit is coupled to the movable member for moving the lugs in a first direction towards the chambers or in a second direction away from the chambers. The distance moved by the lugs in the first direction or the second direction is used for determining the filter center frequency.

Tunable filter

An antenna feed coupling structure of a duplexer is disclosed to include a base defining a detoured resonance cavity and a T-shaped feed-in cavity perpendicularly intersecting the resonance cavity and a signal input port in connection with the head of the feed-in cavity, a cover closing the base, and adjustment rods mounted in the base and suspending in the resonance cavity and the feed-in cavity. The adjustment rods include two feed-in adjustment rods and two coupling structure adjustment rods suspending in the intersected area between the resonance cavity and the feed-in cavity and respectively kept in horizontal and in vertical relative to the resonance cavity and rotatable inwards and outwards to adjust the feed-in amount and coupling structure amount of the antenna feed coupling structure respectively.
