An LED display screen module includes a module substrate and a plurality of LED package structures. The LED package structures are disposed on the module substrate and arranged into an array. Each of the LED package structures includes a plurality of pixels and a packaging layer. The pixels are spaced apart from each other. The packaging layer includes a plurality of packaging portions and a plurality of connecting portions. The packaging portions respectively cover the pixels, and each of the connecting portions is connected between the adjacent two packaging portions. Each of the packaging portions has an upper light emitting surface and a lateral light emitting surface. The upper light emitting surface is a flat surface and is connected to the lateral light emitting surface via a transitional curved surface.

LED display screen module

A display device includes multiple packages, each including a substrate, multiple pixel members, and an encapsulant. Each of the pixel members includes a first light emitting diode (LED) chip, a second LED chip, and a third LED chip. The LED chips of one of the two adjacent pixel members are arranged along a first direction, and the LED chips of the other one of the two adjacent pixel members are arranged along a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. Each of the packages has a first spacing between the first LED chips of the two adjacent pixel members. The first LED chip of each pixel member in each package is spaced apart from a nearest one of the first LED chips of the nearest package by a second spacing equal to the first spacing.

Display device

An LED package includes N number of first pins, six second pins and N number of LED units, where N is four or six. Each of the LED units includes first to third LEDs, each of which has first and second terminals. The first terminal of the first LED for each of (2j&#x2212;1)and (2j)LED units is connected to a (2j&#x2212;1)first pin. The first terminals of the second and third LEDs for each of the (2j&#x2212;1)and (2j)LED units are connected to a (2j)first pin, where j is an integer and 0&#x3c;j&#x2264;N/2. The second terminals of the first, second and third LEDs for the (2j&#x2212;1)LED unit are connected to the 1, 2and 3second pins, respectively. The second terminals of the first, second and third LEDs for the (2j)LED unit are connected to the 4, 5and 6second pins.

Light emitting diode array package having a plurality of power source signals without limiting resistor

A light emitting diode device including a substrate, a plurality of light emitting elements, and an encapsulant. The substrate has a front surface and a back surface opposite to the front surface. The substrate includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion has a plurality of light-penetrating holes. The second portion is separated from the first portion. The light emitting elements are disposed adjacent to the light-penetrating holes and on the front surface of the first portion. The encapsulant is disposed on the front surface of the substrate, and covers the light emitting elements.

Light emitting diode device and light emitting device using the same

A light-emitting array module includes a circuit substrate, a light-emitting unit, and an encapsulation body. The light-emitting unit includes a plurality of light-emitting groups arranged in matrix on the circuit substrate. The encapsulation body disposed on the circuit substrate for encapsulating the light-emitting groups. The encapsulation body includes a plurality of encapsulation portions and a plurality of thin connection portions. Therefore, light beams generated by the light-emitting group is transformed into an obvious single point light source without halation due to the design of 'each thin connection portion connected between the two adjacent encapsulation portions to separate the two adjacent encapsulation portions from each other by a predetermined distance', so that the color resolution of the light-emitting array module is increased. In addition, the present disclosure further provides a display device including the light-emitting array module.
