A bioprintable material is provided. The bioprintable material includes a hydrogel and microfilaments mixed in the hydrogel. The hydrogel includes a first collagen. The microfilament includes a second collagen. The diameter of the microfilament is ranging from 5 microns to 200 microns. The weight ratio of the microfilaments to the first collagen is ranging from 0.01:1 to 10:1.

Bioprintable material and method for fabricating the same

A perfusion cell culture device includes a driving module and a plurality of cell culture modules. The driving module includes a driving source connecting opening and a chamber. The chamber and the driving source connecting opening are connected. Each of the culture modules includes a fluid channel, a first elastic element, two flow direction controlling units and a cell culture zone. The fluid channel is disposed above the chamber, the first elastic element is disposed between the fluid channel and the chamber, the two flow direction controlling units are respectively disposed on two ends of the fluid channel and connected to the fluid channel selectively, and the cell culture zone is connected to the two flow direction controlling units.

Perfusion cell culture device and perfusion cell culture system

A hanging drop device is provided in the present disclosure. The hanging drop device includes a hanging drop box and a negative pressure module. The hanging drop box includes a plate and a cover. The cover is coupled with the plate to jointly delimit a pressure chamber. The cover includes an upper surface and a bottom surface, a plurality of wells are recessed from the upper surface, and each of the wells is communicated with the pressure chamber through a hole. The negative pressure module is communicated with the pressure chamber. Each of the wells is for containing a liquid, the negative pressure module is for generating a negative pressure in the pressure chamber, so as to drive the liquid in each of the wells to pass through the hole, and the liquid forms a hanging drop hanging from the bottom surface of the cover.

A flow stabilized chip includes a chip mainbody, a buffering chamber and two fluid delivery ports. The chip mainbody has a pipe-connection surface. The buffering chamber is disposed in the chip mainbody. The two fluid delivery ports are disposed on the pipe connection surface and connected to the buffering chamber. The chip mainbody includes, in order from the pipe-connection surface to a bottom of the chip mainbody, a first base plate, a first elastic membrane, a second base plate, a second elastic membrane and a third base plate. The first base plate includes a first opening. The second base plate includes a second opening. The third base plate includes a third opening. The first elastic membrane, the second base plate and the second elastic membrane are stacked in sequence to form the buffering chamber.

Flow stabilized chip, droplet generating system and droplet preparing method

An automated continuous purification system includes a base and a plurality of purifying elements. The base includes a first flowing channel layer, a steering valve, a plurality of second flowing channel layers, a plurality of third flowing channel layers and a top layer. The first flowing channel layer includes a plurality of first flowing channels. The steering valve is disposed on a side of the first flowing channel layer and includes a plurality of through-holes. The second flowing channel layers are disposed on a side of the steering valve away from the first flowing channel layer. The third flowing channel layers are alternately stacked with the second flowing channel layers, and each of the third flowing channel layers is disposed on a side of each of the second flowing channel layers away from the steering valve. The top layer includes a plurality of inlets and a plurality of outlets.

Automated continuous purification system

A circulating tumor cell capture device includes a chip system and a pump. The chip system includes a confluence chip and a lower chip set. The lower chip set is disposed at a lower surface of the confluence chip, and includes a channel chip, a split chip and a porous membrane. The channel chip is disposed at the lower surface of the confluence chip. The split chip is detachably stacked below the channel chip. The porous membrane is embedded in the channel chip. The specimen passes through the porous membrane and flow between the channel chip and the split chip to make the circulating tumor cell be captured by the porous membrane.

Circulating tumor cell capture device, method thereof and method for circulating tumor cell capture and drug sensitivity analysis

An automatic in vitro cell culture platform includes a fluid storage device, a channel control panel, a cell culture chip and a fluid drive unit. The fluid storage device is for storing a cell culture medium and a waste liquid. The channel control panel is pipe-connected to the fluid storage device. The cell culture chip is disposed on the channel control panel and is for culturing a cell. The fluid drive unit is pipe-connected to the channel control panel and is for driving the cell culture medium and the waste liquid to flow between the fluid storage device and the cell culture chip through the channel control panel.

In vitro cell culture platform and cell culture method

A cell culture device includes a main body and a plug element. The main body includes a slot, an open groove and a fluid chamber. The open groove is connected with one side of the slot. The fluid chamber is disposed inside the main body and connected with another side of the slot. The plug element includes a first cell culture chamber and a first porous membrane. The first porous membrane is disposed at one side of the first cell culture chamber. The plug element is detachably plugged into the slot. When the plug element is plugged into the slot, the first cell culture chamber is communicated with the open groove to form an open space, and the open space and the fluid chamber are separated by the first porous membrane.

Cell culture device and cell culture system

An imitating lung device includes a first liquid accommodating layer, a first elastic membrane, an airway layer, a second elastic membrane and a second liquid accommodating layer. A first liquid chamber is formed in an inner surface portion of the first liquid accommodating layer. The airway layer includes a plurality of air channels and a plurality of imitating alveolar regions. The imitating alveolar regions are communicated with the air channels. The air channels simulate a branched structure of the 15th generation to the 19th generation of a human lung, and the imitating alveolar regions simulate a branched structure of the 20th generation to the 23th generation of a human lung. A second liquid chamber is formed in an inner surface portion of the second liquid accommodating layer.
