A semiconductor chip includes a first wireless communication circuit, a second wireless communication circuit, and an auxiliary path. The first wireless communication circuit includes a signal path, wherein the signal path includes a signal node. The second wireless communication circuit includes a mixer and a local oscillator (LO) buffer. The LO buffer is arranged to receive and buffer an LO signal, and is further arranged to provide the LO signal to the mixer. The auxiliary path is arranged to electrically connect the LO buffer to the signal node of the signal path, wherein the LO buffer is reused for a loop-back test function of the first wireless communication circuit through the auxiliary path.

A semiconductor chip includes a first wireless communication circuit, a local oscillator (LO) buffer, and an auxiliary path. The first wireless communication circuit has a signal path, wherein the signal path has a mixer input port and a signal node distinct from the mixer input port. The auxiliary path is used to electrically connect the LO buffer to the signal node of the signal path. The LO buffer is reused for a transmit (TX) function through the auxiliary path.

A semiconductor chip includes a first wireless communication circuit, a local oscillator (LO) buffer, and an auxiliary path. The first wireless communication circuit has a signal path, wherein the signal path has a mixer input port and a signal node distinct from the mixer input port. The auxiliary path is used to electrically connect the LO buffer to the signal node of the signal path. The LO buffer is reused for a loop-back test function through the auxiliary path.

An antenna structure includes a ferromagnetic patch, first metal conductive lines, second metal conductive lines, and metal connection elements. The ferromagnetic patch has a first surface and a second surface, and the second surface is opposite to the first surface. The first metal conductive lines are disposed on the first surface of the ferromagnetic patch. The second metal conductive lines are disposed on the second surface of the ferromagnetic patch. The metal connection elements penetrate the ferromagnetic patch. The metal connection elements further connect the first metal conductive lines to the second metal conductive lines, respectively.

A method for determining a DOA (Direction of Arrival) comprises the following steps: (a) providing at least two antennas arranged with a squint angle; (b) producing at least two base beams between two adjacent base beams; (c) every two virtual beams of the multiple virtual beams which cross together at a specific angle are define to a virtual beam set; (d) synthesizing the two virtual beams of each one of the virtual beam sets to be a monopulse; and (e) determining the DOA of the object according to comparison between magnitude of demodulated signals corresponding to the monopulses. A device for estimating a DOA is also disclosed.

Method and device for estimating direction of arrival

A touch panel control method applied to a touch panel including at least one antenna and a touch sensing structure having a plurality of touch sensing elements is provided. In the touch panel control method, a scan signal is transmitted to at least one of the plurality of touch sensing elements, and a sensing signal sensed by at least one of the plurality of touch sensing elements is received. Whether the at least one antenna starts operating is detected by a control sensor, and if so, operation of a first plurality of touch sensing elements of the plurality of touch sensing elements is stopped, wherein each of the first plurality of touch sensing elements overlaps the at least one antenna.
