Provided is an uplink signal time difference adjustment method, adapted to a base station and including the following steps. Each first delay time of arrival of each uplink signal is detected based on a time slot boundary. Each second delay time of each uplink signal is adjusted according to multiple sampling points. Each time offset between each first delay time and each second delay time corresponding to each user apparatus is calculated. The time slot boundary is adjusted according to each time offset.

Uplink signal time difference adjustment system and method

A grouping method of user devices comprises configuring one or more codes for each of the user devices by a base station wherein each of said one or more codes corresponds to a delay tolerance, performing a grouping task by the base station according to the delay tolerances and a determining result of channel-usage demand corresponding to each of the user devices so as to form one or more first-type groups and one or more second-type groups wherein each first-type group corresponds to a first-group delay tolerance and each second-type group corresponds to a second-group delay tolerance, and performing a selection from user devices in the first-type groups and the second-type groups to form one or more target groups by the base station according to the first-group delay tolerances and the second-group delay tolerances.

Method of grouping user devices

A base station capable of allocating channel status reports includes a memory, a communication module and a processor. The processor is configured to send RRC configuration messages each including a periodic CSI parameter set and a discontinuous reception parameter set to user devices respectively. The periodic CSI parameter set includes a report period, a report time shift and a piece of PUCCH resource information. The RRC configuration messages include the same report period, the same report-time shift and the same PUCCH resource information. The processor is configured to determine one of a plurality of conflicting user devices among the user devices will report a CSI when predicting that the plurality of conflicting user devices will report the CSI simultaneously. The processor is configured to send a sleep instruction to the conflicting user devices except the conflicting user device determined to report the CSI.

Base station capable of allocating channel-state report and method for allocating channel-state report

The disclosure provides a base station and a resource allocation method based on semi-persistent scheduling (SPS). The method includes: periodically receiving a plurality of uplink data corresponding to a user equipment (UE) on a wireless resource assigned to the UE; in response to consecutively receiving a predetermined number of specific uplink data, performing a release SPS operation to cease receiving other uplink data corresponding to the UE on the wireless resource, wherein the specific uplink data consist of pending data and error data or consist of the error data.

Base station and resource allocation method based on semi-persistent scheduling

A method for controlling C-RAN applicable for a C-RAN having a plurality of remote radio heads (RRH) and a baseband unit (BBU) includes the following steps: collecting a first uplink signal corresponding to a first user end device, determining a first estimated region based on a communication range of part of RRH's receiving the first uplink signal, setting N estimated coordinates in the first estimated region wherein N is larger than one, giving N moving directions to the N estimated coordinates, modifying the N estimated coordinates based on a maximum displacement and the N moving directions, and selecting at least one RRH to send a type-3 downlink packet to the first user end device based on the N modified estimated coordinates.

Method for controlling C-RAN

Methods and apparatuses of mitigating interference in a heterogeneous network using an inter-cell interference coordination are provided. An interference control server assigns, for each of the UE groups, a set of almost blank subframes (ABS) or non-preferred sub-bands specific to the corresponding one of the UE groups based on the UE group interference relationship and a resource demand for each of the UE groups. A base station assigns a plurality of sets of ABS (or non-preferred sub-bands) to reuse time-domain (or frequency-domain) resources.

Method and apparatus of mitigating interference in a heterogeneous network using an inter-cell interference coordination

A LED lighting fixture with a rotating terminal block is revealed. The LED lighting fixture includes a housing with a connection hole on one end. Positioning teeth are arranged at an inner edge of the connection hole and a rotating shaft sleeve with a stop flange against the connection hole is mounted in the connection hole. Moreover, positioning teeth corresponding to the positioning teeth of the connection hole are disposed on an inner side of the stop flange. A threaded segment threaded with a terminal block for connection and positioning is set on an outer edge of the rotating shaft sleeve. Thus the housing can be rotated directly and the positioning teeth of the housing and the positioning teeth of the rotating shaft sleeve are engaged and locked with each other so as to make the housing rotate around the terminal block. Therefore, the lighting angle is adjusted optimally.
