An image restoration method is applied to an image restoration device and includes acquiring an analyzing image containing a region of interest and a background region, utilizing a first restoration function to calibrate the region of interest and generate a calibrated region of interest, and combining the calibrated region of interest with the background region via a relative position between the region of interest and the background region for providing a restoration image.

Further, the foresaid image adjusting method is applied to a camera and a related image processing system with image adjusting function.

Disclosed herein are a method and a device of real-time image processing. The method comprises capturing three images, enhancing a resolution of the images to obtain for each image a high-resolution image (HRI), obtaining two displacement vectors using the HRIs, obtaining a superimposed HRI based on the HRIs and the displacement vectors, obtaining a compensatory vector based on the displacement vectors, and generating a super-resolution image based on the superimposed HRI and the compensatory vector.

A de-warping processing method for digital images includes the following steps. A first image window is segmented into a plurality of first blocks. A second image window is segmented into a plurality of second blocks according to locations and an amount of the first blocks. A coordinate transformation parameter is calculated by a group of first vertex coordinate values of the first block and a group of second vertex coordinate values of the corresponding second block. Each of coordinate values of the first block is transformed into an estimated coordinate value of the corresponding second block according to the coordinate transformation parameter. A pixel content value is obtained from the second image window according to each of the estimated coordinate values, and is written into a pixel with the corresponding coordinate value in the first block. All the first blocks are processed for outputting a first image.

An image capturing and transmission device includes an image capturing module, an image processor, an image encoder, and a network transmission module. The image capturing module is used for capturing a scene of an area to be displayed and outputting image data. The image processor converts the image data according to a first and a second cutting areas and a first and a second shrink ratio values, and outputs a first and a second sub-images. The first cutting area includes the second cutting area, and the first shrink ratio value is greater than the second shrink ratio value. The image encoder encodes the first and the second sub-images according to first and second encoding information, and outputs a first and a second streaming images. The network transmission module is used for transmitting the first and the second streaming images.
