A touch display panel capable of operating in a display mode and a touch mode. In the touch mode, a data line transmits a data voltage signal to a pixel electrode of the touch display panel, and a corresponding common electrode is at a constant voltage level. In the touch mode, the data line transmits a touch driving signal to the pixel electrode and then receives a touch sensing signal from the pixel electrode, and the corresponding common electrode is floating.

Touch display panel and driving method of touch mode

A light-emitting diode is provided. The light-emitting diode includes a first semiconductor structure having an upper surface and a lower surface; a second semiconductor layer disposed adjacent to the upper surface; a third semiconductor layer disposed adjacent to the lower surface; two light-emitting layers disposed between the upper surface and the second semiconductor layer and disposed between the lower surface and the third semiconductor layer, respectively; a first electrode disposed over the second semiconductor layer; and a second electrode disposed over the third semiconductor layer.

Light-emitting diode and display device manufactured from the light-emitting diode

A display device is provided. The display device includes a first substrate; a first transistor and a second transistor disposed over the first substrate; a common electrode disposed over the first substrate; and a light-emitting diode chip (LED chip) disposed over the first substrate and disposed corresponding to the first transistor and the second transistor. The light-emitting diode chip includes a first light-emitting unit and a second light-emitting unit, wherein the first light-emitting unit is electrically connected to the first transistor and the common electrode, and the second light-emitting unit is electrically connected to the second transistor and the common electrode.

Display device

An exemplary TFT substrate includes a substrate, signal lines, a common electrode, and a pixel electrode. The signal lines are arranged on the substrate along two perpendicular directions. One of each two signal lines perpendicular to each other includes a plurality of segments. Every two adjacent segments are arranged on two opposite sides of the other signal line of the two signal lines. The TFT substrate further includes a connection line. The connection line interconnects the two adjacent segments. The common electrode is arranged in a same layer as the connection line, and overlaps the segmented signal line along a direction perpendicular to the substrate.
