A multiple variable valve lift apparatus has a simple design that efficiently operates without interference. The apparatus according may include: a camshaft formed in a hollow cylinder shape; a control shaft disposed in the hollow of the camshaft; a cam that rotates together with the camshaft; a cam rod connecting the control shaft with the cam to move together; an operating unit disposed on the exterior circumference of the camshaft to rotate together with the camshaft; an operating unit rod connecting the control shaft with the operating unit such that the control shaft and the operating unit move together; a solenoid selectively connected with the operating unit, and moving the operating unit along an axial direction of the camshaft; and a tappet contacting the cam to transform rotational motion of the cam to rectilinear motion of a valve.

Multiple variable valve lift apparatus

A variable valve lift apparatus may include an outer tappet body of which a latching portion connecting hole and an outer tappet body guide hole may be formed therewithin, an inner tappet body of which an inner tappet body guide hole may be formed therewithin and slidably disposed within the outer tappet body, a latching portion which may be disposed within the inner tappet body guide hole and selectively coupled to the latching portion connecting hole, a latching portion support pin which guides the latching portion along a longitudinal direction of the inner tappet body guide hole and may be connected to the inner tappet body, a hydraulic pressure chamber, and a plunger which may be slidably disposed in the outer tappet body guide hole and selectively inserts the latching portion into the latching portion connecting hole according to the hydraulic pressure supplied from the hydraulic pressure chamber.

Variable valve lift apparatus

A variable valve lift apparatus may include a camshaft, a low lift cam which may be connected to the camshaft and rotates, a high lift cam which may be rotatably mounted to the camshaft and may be selectively connected to the camshaft to rotate with the camshaft, a high lift cam connecting portion which selectively connects the high lift cam to the camshaft, and a tappet including a low lift cam contact portion contacting the low lift cam and a high lift cam contact portion selectively activating the high lift cam.

An electric continuously variable valve timing apparatus may include a cam sprocket, a camshaft rotatably connected with the cam sprocket, a motor portion, a lead screw portion which may be disposed within the motor portion, may be screwed-engaged with the motor portion, and moves along length direction of the camshaft according to operations of the motor portion, and a camshaft holder rotatably connecting the lead screw portion and the cam sprocket, wherein the camshaft holder moves along length direction of the camshaft according to the movement of the lead screw portion and varies relative phase angle between the cam sprocket and the camshaft for controlling valve timing.

Electric continuous variable valve timing apparatus

An electro-hydro valve lift system may include a drive cam, a pump piston, a first and a second EHV apparatus, a first oil control valve, a first oil control hydraulic line fluid-communicating the main chamber with the first oil control valve, a second oil control hydraulic line fluid-communicating the first oil control valve with the first EHV apparatus, a third oil control hydraulic line fluid-communicating the main chamber with the second EHV apparatus, a fourth oil control hydraulic line selectively fluid-communicated with the second oil control hydraulic line according to the first oil control valve, an accumulator fluid-communicated with the fourth oil control hydraulic line, and a second oil control valve disposed on the fourth oil control hydraulic line, wherein the fourth oil control hydraulic line is fluid-communicated with the third oil control hydraulic line according to the second oil control valve.

Electro-hydraulic variable valve lift system

A hydraulic pressure valve apparatus includes a housing of which a first chamber and a second chamber are formed therein, wherein a diameter of the second chamber is bigger than that of the first chamber, a first piston disposed within the first chamber, an elastic portion disposed within the first chamber for elastically supporting the first piston and a second piston disposed within the second chamber and connected to a valve.

Hydraulic pressure valve apparatus

A variable compression ratio apparatus for an engine receiving combustion force of an air-fuel mixture from a piston and rotating a crankshaft, and for changing compression ratio of the air-fuel mixture. Variable compression ratio apparatus

A variable compression ratio apparatus may include a connecting rod provided with one end formed of a mounting hole and the other end eccentrically and rotatably connected to a crankshaft, wherein a piston pin may be inserted in the mounting hole and the connecting rod may be rotatably connected to the piston through the piston pin, an eccentric link provided with an eccentric bearing concentrically and rotatably mounted in the mounting hole may be connected and, the piston pin being eccentrically and rotatably mounted in the eccentric bearing, a variable link pivotally connected to the eccentric link, a variable gear link pivotal with respect to a fixed shaft and having a first gear teeth at an exterior circumference thereof, an external circumferential portion thereof being rotatably connected to the variable link, and a control shaft formed of a second gear teeth engaged to the first gear teeth.

Power consumption for maintaining a target valve timing and noise in operation is reduced by a continuously variable valve timing apparatus including a camshaft holder fixed to a camshaft, a cam sprocket, a leadscrew screw-coupled with the camshaft holder and the cam sprocket and is movable so as to rotate the camshaft holder and the cam sprocket in opposite directions, and an operating unit operated by a motor and moves the leadscrew.

Continuously variable valve timing apparatus

A variable compression ratio apparatus may include an external piston, a piston pin mounted in the external piston and a connecting rod, including an internal piston including a slot and sliding in an interior circumference of the external piston, wherein the piston pin passes through the internal piston and the external piston, a latching pin passing through the piston pin and selectively sliding therein, variable sliders disposed to selectively contact one of both ends of the latching pin, at both sides thereof to push the one of the both ends to the opposite side, and a support plate slidably supporting the variable sliders such that the variable sliders reciprocate perpendicular to length direction of the latching pin, wherein one end of a connecting arm selectively rotating may be connected to the variable slider and a sliding direction of the variable sliders may be controlled by rotation of the connecting arm.

A variable valve timing apparatus according to the present invention may include a camshaft holder connected to a camshaft, a cam sprocket rotating the camshaft, a rotation shaft disposed to the camshaft holder having a moving screw thread formed thereon, a first and second driven bevel gears disposed to distal ends of the rotation shaft, a screw nut engaged with the moving screw thread and moving along length direction of the rotation shaft by rotation of the first driven bevel gear or the second driven bevel gear so as to change relative phase between the camshaft and the cam sprocket and a gear control portion which selectively rotates the first driven bevel gear or the second driven bevel gear.

Variable valve timing apparatus

A variable valve lift device equipped with a swing arm variably lifting an exhaust valve or an intake valve may include an outer body in which a mounting groove is formed in the middle portion thereof, an inner body mounted inside the mounting groove of the outer body and with a rear end thereof pivotally-connected to the outer body in the outer body, and a latching portion formed in the outer body and the inner body and fixing or releasing a front end portion of the inner body to the outer body.

The present invention relates to a variable tappet, and the variable tappet may include an inner tappet body of which a latching member connecting hole is formed thereto, a protrude portion formed to the latching member connecting hole, an outer tappet body which is disposed around the inner tappet body and slidable to the inner tappet body and a latching member which is disposed to the outer tappet body and selectively connected to the latching member connecting hole.

Variable tappet

An apparatus for adjusting deviation of an engine and a continuously variable valve lift device including the same are provided. The apparatus for adjusting deviation of an engine includes an adjustment member connecting a rocker arm to plural output cams, respectively, to adjust lengths between the rocker arm and the output cams, respectively, so that the lengths become equal to or different from each other. The continuously variable valve lift device includes an eccentric cam shaft with eccentric cams installed on its outer periphery, a rocker arm rotatably installed on the eccentric cams to interlock with plural output cams, and apparatus for adjusting deviation provided on the rocker arm to adjust lengths between the rocker arm and the output cams so that the lengths become equal to or different from each other.
