Disclosed herein is a compliance evaluation system, which may implement a software-based compliance evaluation tool for accurate notation, capture, and reporting of all potential compliance problems within a technical, a procedural or a process domain associated with a software program. The compliance evaluation system may enable a rapid and pro-active response to reported potential compliance problems by routing the reported potential compliance problems to appropriate analyst computers before the potential compliance problems become real and serious for company and vendors.

Software-based compliance evaluation tool

A method and system of providing users with dynamic content about a specific task during access of an application based on previous in-app activity by the app's community of users for the task. The system identifies experienced user activity that represents an efficient performance of the task. The activity is stored in a repository for use by a dynamic content generation module. When subsequent users appear to need assistance in performing the task, the system can present content that is based on the more experienced users' activity. As additional data is collected, this content can be updated.

System and method for dynamic context sensitive guidance

Embodiments described herein disclose methods and systems for authenticating ownership of an account in real-time or near real-time so that a user can fund or open a new account without waiting for several days. The system enables an operator to select one or more methods for authentication from a group of candidate schemes. Systems and methods for account ownership verification

Techniques are described for managing ghost account(s) for user(s). A ghost account may be created with a ghost account number that is a digitally provisioned payment card number linked to a backend account of a user. The ghost account number may be used to conduct transactions in situations where the user may otherwise use their backend account number. One more constraints governing the use of the ghost account may be specified by the user and/or the backend account management service. For example, the user may request a ghost account to be used only to make payments to a particular merchant or service. As another example, the user may request a ghost account to be useable for a particular period of time and/or a particular number of uses. Transactions initiated through the ghost account may be completed using the backend account that is linked to the ghost account.

Configurable management of ghost accounts

Techniques are described for determining account features based on a risk assessment. A first set of account features may be determined, including security feature(s) such as mode(s) for authenticating and/or verifying the identity of a user associated with account(s). Based on the first set of features, a risk metric may be determined for the account(s). The risk metric may indicate a risk that fraud may be committed against the account or using the account. Based on the determined risk metric, a second set of account features may be determined for the account(s). The first and second sets of account feature(s) may be applied to the account(s). Disabling a particular feature may cause a reevaluation of the risk metric and a redetermination of the feature sets to be applied to the account(s).

Dynamic risk assessment for security features

A system and methods for leveraging a community of users to collaboratively identify bank or investment account transaction descriptions by providing common, more recognizable description, category and location information used most often by the community. A database may be maintained that is accessible by the customer/user community to view, update and provide understandable descriptions for such cryptic descriptions. The database may be searchable such that a customer/user may search a description to determine or update the source of the transaction.

Systems and methods for presenting recognizable bank account transaction descriptions compiled through customer collaboration

The present disclosure provides a relatively automated system and method for a customer to change to a new service provider of a financial product, such as banking services. In general, the customer may provide initial data to a new second provider that the second provider may use to automatically and electronically access data about the customer from a prior first provider data source, such as an electronic database of the first provider. The customer data may include a customer credential provided to the second provider to retrieve automated financial transactions from the first provider's Web site on behalf of and with support of the customer. Automated financial transactions include direct deposits, automatic withdrawals, and online payment of bills. The second provider may use the data to at least partially recreate the automated financial transactions for the customer in an account with the second provider.

System and method for automated electronic switching of customer selected financial transactions for a customer banking account

A method of transferring a financial account from an existing financial institution to a new financial institution includes receiving a customer request for financial account transfer, determining information regarding the existing financial institution using information stored at the new financial institution, receiving, via an aggregation tool, information regarding the financial account, determining financial obligations associated with the financial account using the received information, and populating a database of the new financial institution to reflect the determined financial obligations.
